These suite style rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV with Roku devices for your entertainment needs. You'll also find controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast WiFi, steamers, a cozy dining area with a small table and chairs/stools, mini fridge, microwave and 4 cup coffee maker to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Guests will enjoy exclusive access to 6 private suites at Fife Lake Lodge. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are on-site party store with necessities, liquor & snacks, kayak rentals (subject to availability), fire pit, yard games & shared patio. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with exterior Ring video cameras.

Other Things to Note:
At Fife Lake Lodge, enjoy the convenience of a public car/trailer parking lot nearby. Kayaks can be used between the hours of 12 PM and 7 PM from Memorial Day to Labor Day, Please contact us for the kayak rental fees. and we require all renters to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver. Request amenities such as Pack n' Play/Travel crib & stair gate. Firewood is not provided.

A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to Airbnb reservation.

• Pet Policy: Rooms 7 & 8 are pet-friendly rooms! Please keep the following things in mind, Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
