The staff is pathetic especially the person in night at reception. He thinks himself as he is a Cop inspite of giving all instructions he still made me wait in midnight. 45 mins for Dental kit. Too many mosquitoes in room. Breakfast staff pretends that they are doing a favour on me

The passage was good, near and clean and even the staff was helpful

Clean room, good location for airport passengers

Inspite of providing card details for the reservation on booking.com, they called and threatened that they will cancel if we did not pay an advance. They did not then have cr card facility and had to request a 3rd person to make a gpay payment, failing which I was threatened of cancellation. On arrival too, they had a no nonsense approach. In the service industry this is not done at all. Not a pleasant experience.

I didn't like anything about the hotel. The staff was rude, the hotel room gave out a bad odour, the bed sheets were stained, the bathroom smelled a lot. This hotel is not for decent people

Price to much high, Required pest Control to fully hotel.

It's only bed and breakfast. Would have been great if this was mentioned while booking. Also, few services and amenities lack cause of this. Would also be nice if management can allow food delivery upto room since lunch and dinner need to be ordered.

The bathroom was clean to be honest and also the locality did not feel shady at all.

The receptionist was rude…did not smile and greeted. Also he sounded a bit rude while responding.
