We stayed for 5 nights with our biys who are 6 and 8. Everything that we needed was there. Our room was serviced every day. There were DVDs that we could use to finish off a busy day. It is so close to town. We highly recommend this place.

Although the motel is generally looking rather tired, we had everything we needed for our stay. The bed is comfortable, the shower is superb, but the couch is too soft and not good for your posture or comfort. With a little work, both inside and outside this motel could be great

One of the VERY few place we have visited that have really thought about the room and functionality. really nice place to stay, mostly sound proof walls, could barely hear the baby crying next door,comfy bed, more than usual in the way of appliances, heating/cooling and kitchen equipment. plus REAL milk and no little packets of soap/shampoo-seemed eco conscious. :) I would recommend fixed the steps up to the rooms as seems unsafe.

We found the stairs going to the units unsafe. The stairs were warped, uneven and unstable🙁 The unit it self was very clean👍

Arrived very early but were helpfully orientated with a map for a great day, and our luggage looked after, as it was after checkout when we spent another full day in Whanganui. Very relaxing stay. Accommodation is quiet and spacious with a kitchenette better than most motels, and the most powerful shower I've ever had. The balcony is a great place to sit and watch the sunset, and the bridge to the centre of town is only a 10 minute walk away. Add 5-10 mins walk for anywhere you would want to visit in the beautiful town centre,
