We absolutely loved our stay at CERVO. The view, the food, the quality of the room, the amazing staff, the wonderful spa, the list goes on and on.. It’s a funny feeling because I want CERVO to be visited by everyone visiting Zermatt, but I also wish this very special place to be a secret!! ;) Anyhow, I would recommend this place with 10 out of 10 rating, it’s just AMAZING.
We had burgers delivered to our room on the first night and they were so delicious!

The property Is beautiful and very pleasant to stay at, however they may be short staffed or overworked, as the service was not up to the standard of the room rate. Our food was late, sometimes cold.

Cervo had a high rating on many platforms but we were very disapointed in which condition we found this place. The hotel was not ready for our arrival, e.g. construction work was on going, ski room was not opened yet, dust everywhere incl.our room, from 5 restaurants/bars on the webpage only 1-2 opened, room cleaning only by request and not even properly done, restaurants reservations were mixed up several times.
Despite nice design, beautiful spa area, nice food and good selection of wines, the place seemed poorly run and we felt that the hotel did not meet the 5* standard.

The best hotel in zermatt. First the service is so nice, second they have wonderful view to eat breakfast. You stay here you will feel very comfortable and worthy. Fantastic hotel❤️

This was our first trip to Zermatt. From the moment we walked in we felt special. Our room had a perfect view of the Matterhorn and could not have been more comfortable. From the daily stocking of Swiss beer in the fridge to the heated floors in the bathroom everything was perfect. Our meal at Puro was the best of our trip - the food and service were legendary. The location is wonderful with access by elevator and tunnel just outside of the center of town. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!

Nice staff, great view, good location, mostly perfect! Best hotel within our journey in Switzerland. Two balconies in standard room were greatful.(except for a poor dead bird on one of it. They quickly cleand it up, though.) They picked us up exectly on time eventhough our train problem. Especially their breakfast was so exceptional even better than dinner. (All thoes assorted bread and serving food) i and my husband were 100% satisfied.

Fantastic property in one of the location in Zermatt! Staff are absolutely fantastic and so nice! The food including the breakfast is absolutely delicious! Everything is taken care of to the details! I would definitely come back again.
