Harbour Haven is a stunning and unique property in the heart of Whitecliff, Poole, just a short stroll from the serene Baiter Park. This elegant home features an open-plan kitchen/lounge with navy blue cabinets and white marble worktops, a luxurious main bedroom, a stylish garden perfect for relaxing, and a modern bathroom. Enjoy the local attractions including Poole Harbour and the famous Sandbanks Peninsula, making it the perfect retreat for both relaxation and exploration.


THE SPACE

Open plan kitchen/lounge

This modern kitchen boasts contrasting navy blue cabinets and white marble worktops, creating a sleek and stylish space to prepare meals. Enjoy breakfast at the two-seater breakfast bar, which can also double up as a workspace for those looking to catch up on work during their stay - WiFi is included.

Stylish pendant lighting adds a touch of elegance to the room, while the electric oven, full-size fridge/freezer and induction hob provide all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

A herringbone wooden floor adds a warmth to the space and complements the blue upholstered four-seater corner sofa perfectly. Relax in front of the 50” smart TV or open up the bifolding doors to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine in the garden.

Main bedroom

This elegant bedroom features a stunning wooden herringbone floor and neutral modern decor, creating a tranquil and sophisticated atmosphere.

The focal point of the room is the grey upholstered double bed with luxurious bedding, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The layout is thoughtfully designed with bedside tables adorned with sconce lighting, ideal for late night reading or simply creating a relaxing ambiance.

Ample storage space is provided by the large wardrobes with mirrored doors, allowing you to keep your belongings organised during your stay. Natural light floods the room through the window creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

Garden

Bi-fold doors seamlessly connect the lounge to the outdoor deck, where a stylish pergola shelters a spacious four-seater sofa - perfect for hosting gatherings or simply relaxing in the fresh air. Surrounding the deck are elegant stone pots filled with lush olive trees, adding sophisticated Mediterranean charm to this luxurious space.

Sit back and unwind on the modern rocking chairs overlooking the well manicured lawn, ideal for soaking up the sun or enjoying a quiet moment with a cup of coffee and a good book.

Bathroom

Floor to ceiling grey tiles create a sleek and contemporary feel, while the walk-in shower with rainfall overhead provides the ultimate relaxation experience. The bathroom is complete with a WC, basin, mirror with storage, and a heated towel rail. We will provide towels and mini toiletries for use during your stay.

Second bedroom

Located in an annexe separate to the main property, this clean and stylish space offers a comfortable single bed and a sofa bed, ideal for accommodating two guests. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you wish to use the sofa bed.

The room is complete with a grey triple wardrobe and bedside table for your convenience. Windows let in plenty of natural light, and there is a wall-mounted mirror with hooks to hang clothes.

The minimum age required for the lead guest is 21. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.

As per our damage policy, all upcoming guests have the option to choose either a one-time refundable damage deposit of £400 or a one-time non-refundable damage waiver of £95. Further details will be provided after your booking is confirmed.
