The space

A peaceful retreat in the heart of Grand Prairie, close to major attractions!

Within 5-10 minutes of major highways (I-20, I-360) and just 10 minutes to AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field. Epic Waters and Arlington Parks Mall are nearby, making it a great spot to explore the area. Joe Pool Lake is just a 20-minute drive away.

Family-friendly: Pack and play, high chair available.

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, oven, mixer, and all cooking and baking essentials.

CHECK IN/OUT: Smart lock with a personal code.

Groceries: Kroger, Walmart, and Walgreens are just 5-10 minutes away.

No smoking inside or on the covered patio.

-Private dock with seating area for enjoying the water and watching sunsets
-Fishing equipment available for use if you’d like to fish from the backyard
-Guests have access to entire house except for storage room

Other things to note

Our home has a security camera system, including camera on the front porch, for your peace of mind.
The owners are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or illnesses during your stay.
Please research the lake and property details before booking.
The dock and outdoor seating area may be shared with the next-door neighbor.
We provide a propane tank for the outdoor grill, but owners are not responsible for refilling it. Reimbursement is available for up to $25.


Maintenance issues: Please notify the host immediately if anything in the house isn’t working properly. We cannot refund for mechanical issues but we will work to fix any issues promptly.
