Owner checked me in and was super nice. Room was comfy and set up well. Pool was a nice bonus being open in November.

falsely advertised on west side when located in beach flats. Windows nailed shut. No insulation between rooms and hotel only rents a few rooms near each other. ghetto vibes

The bathroom and sink was not in the same room. False advertisement on the square footage. The air conditioner did not work and either did the television or WiFi. Had to move rooms at 930 pm and had to pay $572 dollars for a hotel in the hood.

Beware…..Hotels.Com say “Pet Friendly” However, the “hotel” charges $50.00 per dog per day. I am unsure how they get away with this charge as to SB 487. The hotel was nothing special, the rooms were extremely small for 3 people, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would not return.

Nice quiet location 16 min walk to beach
Only problem. Pool need cleaning bugs in water. Chair in 3ft end. Something wrong. With pool concrete.

We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of the Boardwalk, and it offered jet tubs. We were pleasantly surprised at the whole property. It's super adorable, and well kept! Beautiful little hotel, nice pool area, and clean. The person handling the front desk and his wife however, made the stay very nice and comfortable. They were so friendly, and happy to help with anything you may need, cared about your stay and had pride in how they cared for the property itself. We will deffinately stay at this hotel anytime we come to the Santa Cruz area!

I stayed here for the Ironman event and it was perfect. It was quiet so I got great sleep, walkable to depot park, stores and places to eat. The room was recently renovated so it was so much nicer than I expected. Had a working microwave and fridge, was clean, and Bed was comfortable.
I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to SC

This is one better hotels that I have had the pleasure to stay at. The only complaint would be our room was a little on the hot side at night. Besides that it was a pleasure to stay.

Hotel had minimal staff but they were friendly. The room wasn’t very clean. There was mold in the shower and hair. No cable TV. The thing available was YouTube and Freevee.I had to plug the phone in to call the front desk. No fresh coffee in the morning, just a Keurig in the room. Will not stay here again

Gritty old Santa Cruz motel that has been flipped on the cheap. If you're not comfortable with the vibe in Santa Cruz, stay somewhere else. This is in the part of town where the working class people live and if that bothers you, you won't like it here. I always felt safe and I slept well. But don't look too closely at anything in this hotel
