This property offers the ideal combination of convenience and comfort. With 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a sparkling pool, and a jacuzzi, indulge in spacious accommodations and modern amenities. Whether you're seeking family fun or a romantic retreat, this is the perfect home base for your Orlando adventures.
1) No Smoking – This house is 100% smoke-free. It's absolutely prohibited to smoke or vape inside the house. There will be an additional charge of $500.00 fee for violation of no smoking or any damage/turning off the smoke sensor.
2) Check-in/Check-out – Check-ins are at 4:00 PM. Check-outs are at 10:00 AM on the departure day (Unless you have pre-arranged) if you fail to vacate the house at 10:00 AM you will be charged - $200.00 per hour. After 2 hours late of your check-out time, you will be charged the amount of $1,000.00 rental in your credit card. This is only a penalty and doesn't constitute authorization to extend the reservation.
3) To enhance your stay, we provide essential started supplies. Please take note of the following rules regarding these supplies: a trash bag, kitchen soap, kitchen paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap.
4) Trash/Trash removal – GARBAGE: All trash must be BAGGED AND TIED in kitchen bags. To prevent leakage, please empty all liquids before putting containers in a trash bag. Please take it to the bin located outside the house near the garage door.
Big boxes of other stuff, Directly outside in the dumpster. Sat and Sun, please go directly to the dumpster outside.
DURING YOUR STAY and in YOUR CHECK OUT, you will be expected to EMPTY ALL trashes (including bathroom trash and recycling)
Garbage violations are subject to a $100.00 fee in addition to the eventual fee applied by the HOA.
Excesses of trash, damage to furniture, and stains on sofas, chairs, towels, sheets, bedspreads, and blankets, will be charged separately. If deep cleaning is necessary due to the house's condition, you will be responsible for the payment.
Take care of the house as if it were yours. Other guests will also use it.
5) Parking -
IT´S NOT ALLOWED Parking your vehicles AT THE CURBSIDE. Parking is available in Driveway only,. Cars parked on the street will be towed at the owner's expense. You can also park at the parking lot near the Clubhouse, don't forget to leave the tag the front gate security gave to you; each car must have yours.
6) Security – Any missing items or property damages will be your responsibility, and permanent damages to the home will be charged to your credit card.
7) Air Conditioning – Please DO NOT set the A/C under 68° F degree. If the A/C is set below this and the unit freezes, you will be liable for charges and repairs. Any damage to the system will be your responsibility, and it will be charged to your credit card.
Never turn off the A/C. When you are not in the house and your checkout, please set the A/C at 76° F.
8) Pet Policy – For the convenience of other guests and in an effort to help us provide the cleanest and most sanitary accommodations available, PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED. If you bring any pet, you will be charged in your credit card $300.00.
9) Bathrooms – Please do not put sanitary napkins, paper towels, or anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. Only toilet paper is flushable. There are plungers provided, but if the plumbers are needed a charge, it will make to you.
10) Damages – Should you notice any damage/irregularities on arrival at your home, this must be reported within 24 hours by phone/text message/email to
11) NO PARTY / NO EVENTS - The house is only for the guest that is at the reservations. No parties are allowed. The house has a noise detector that will inform us, and we will call the cops and you will need to leave the house immediately.
12) Pool and SPA heating - Pool heating and hot tub heating are available for an additional charge of $35 per day, all pool heating requests have to be made prior to your check-in, and it has to be for the duration of your trip.
13)BBQ Grill - there is an additional fee of $80.00 for using BBQ Grill.
14) Information Regarding Bugs during Summer Season - We make every effort to maintain a clean and pest-free environment, but it is important to note that bugs are a natural part of the ecosystem mainly in Florida State, and their presence may increase during the summer months due the warmer
