This modern and spacious chalet is located in the quiet residential area of Son Bauló, a suburb of Can Picafort. The house was completely renovated in autumn 2017. The elegant, private infinity pool is surrounded by a well-tended garden with mature trees. Sun loungers are available on the sun-drenched terrace by the pool. A small staircase leads to two further terraces: a covered shaded terrace with a dining table right next to the kitchen and a slightly lower oasis terrace surrounded by bushes. Behind the property is a small pine forest.
The chalet is spread over two floors: on the ground floor is the master bedroom with a double bed, rustic natural stone walls and vintage furniture as well as an en-suite bathroom. A further bathroom and an additional bedroom are also located on this level. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a large living and dining room with a cosy sofa area, International satellite TV, internet access and air conditioning. There are also two further bedrooms here, each with two single beds, a modern bathroom with shower and a fully equipped, rustic kitchen with dishwasher. From the kitchen and dining room you can access the covered main terrace with another dining table. This terrace offers a view of the surrounding green landscape and the stylish pool area. On the street side there is an attractive balcony veranda.
The chalet is located in a quiet residential area, just 700 metres from the fine sandy beach. There is a supermarket on the way and another one is also within walking distance. The coast is lined with restaurants and Can Picafort is only about one and a half kilometres along the beach. This popular holiday resort offers a comprehensive infrastructure with pharmacies, doctors, large supermarkets, shops of all kinds and numerous water sports and evening entertainment options.

Clean and spacious. Good bathrooms.

We stayed at villa cas pedri for two weeks with 6 adults and 2 children. The hosts were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure we were welcome. We arrived to a full fridge, a homebaked cake and a wonderful selection of old beers and wine which after the long journey was very much appreciated.
The house is beautiful and very well catered with all ameneties thought of. It is set over two floors which worked well for us. We had two couples on the lower floor with each having their own bathroom and the family of four were on the upper floor with the shared bathroom. Thw pool is a good size and ar 1M deep throughout, it was ideal for the kids.
The villa is a short 7m walk down to a small beech with a small selection of shops and a couple od resturants and bars. For a more lively atmosphere it was a good 20/25 minute walk into can picafort, however this didnt bother us too much as we had hire cars. I would say hire cars are a good choice if staying at this property as it allowed us more freedom to explore.
The hosts ensured our stay was perfect and kept in contact through out. Nothing was ever too much of a problem. 5* to the hosts.
We all agreed we had a fantastic stay and wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

The property has a very homely feel. The kitchen has every utensil you could want, the bedrooms are large and comfy. The bathrooms are modern and clean and the lounge is big enough for 7 adults to relax. The outside area is very nice with sections with shade if you need. I would recommend this villa to anyone.
