Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a large, private, fully fenced in backyard.

Great home base for a family or group trip.

Master bedroom has a King bed, short Queen size pull out couch & en suite bathroom ( with shower ) & perfect nook for a pack'n'play ( we don't provide one ) if traveling with infants.

Two additional rooms have queen beds and share a full bathroom.

Common space features open concept living room, dining room with table for 4 and kitchen with a large eat in island for 4. Additional sleeping options in the living room include 2 couches and a Queen air mattress.

Plenty of parking for 2 boats and other toys.

Fully fenced in backyard offers a grill, fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs, patio seating for 8, high top table for 4 and plenty of room for kids and pets to run and play.


As you enter, you'll be greeted with a sense of HOME and comfort of the open concept living, dining and kitchen area, perfect for a family or a large group to spread out yet still be together.

There are 2 comfortable, leather couches in the living room. The dining area features a bar height table with seating for 4 and there are 4 more seats at the large kitchen island.

In the kitchen, you can find our coffee bar to get your morning started. We offer variety of coffee, decaf, tea, hot chocolate and creamers. There's also a toaster to make your quick toast or bagel. Even though we offer basic cooking utensils, some pots and pans and baking sheets, we'd like to invite you to take a break from cooking and embrace your vacation fully by dining out or ordering in from nearby eateries. That's why we set up a Bar, with all the drink making tools on top of the stove. It's always drink o'clock when you're on vacation. If you order too much food, there's a full size fridge to store your leftovers and a microwave to quickly heat them up again.

There are no laundry facilities available on site. Laundromat is located less than a mile away if needed.

After a full day of adventures, there are plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations.

Master bedroom #1 features a King bed with a memory foam mattress and a short Queen sized pull out couch if needed. There's also a perfect nook to place a pack'n'play if traveling with infants ( we do not provide one ). Included is a 55" Roku TV. For light sleepers we have washable sleep masks and sleep sound machine. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and shower.

Bedroom #2 features a Queen bed with a memory foam mattress, 55" Roku TV and a closet with plenty of hangers. For light sleepers there's additional set of washable sleep masks and sleep sound machine. If the Queen sized Air mattress is needed, it can be set up in this room, in the open corner, without covering the floor vent.

Bedroom #3 features another Queen bed, 43" Roku TV, closet and a desk with a chair and a desk lamp, creating convenient, private, dedicated work space. This is the darkest bedroom in the house, no sleep mask needed, but we included a sleep sound machine here as well.

Bedroom #2 and #3 share a bathroom with single sink and tub/shower combo.

Living room, dining area and kitchen create one open common space where families and groups can enjoy each other while getting ready to start their day or winding down from one. There's a 55" Roku TV in the living room and couple of board games ( Monopoly and Game of Life ). 2 leather couches can be used as alternative sleeping accommodations. The queen air mattress, if needed, can also be set up in the living room, behind one of the couches ( that's what we usually do ).

Another great place to enjoy each other is our large, fully fenced in backyard. There's seating for 8 on one of the concrete pads, next to solar lights which provide nice ambience at night. Fire pit ( we don't provide firewood ) with seating for 6 is in the rocky part of the yard, with different kind of solar lights or ambience. There's also a grill, with all the cooking and cleaning utensils, under the sail right as you walk out the sliding glass door, for easy access to the kitchen. If you like to socialize with the grill master, or eat outside, there's a high top table for 4, next to the grill.

To have some fun in the backyard, you can set up a game of Cornhole or Double sided Dart Board. They are stores in the Bedroom #1 Walk in closet. We chose artificial turf to provide evergreen, pleasant environment with sustainability in mind. At night, don't forget to look up at the starry sky.

Those traveling with boats, jet skis, 4 wheelers, RVs and other toys, there's about 80 feet of parking right in front of the house. If you're a group traveling with many toys, we have additional parking areas available, just ask me for details.
