This is my 4th stay at the Calypso. It's clean, safe, convenient, it is everything! Trust me you will love it. Beach view, tiki bar at the pool. It has 2 pools, one that's heated. That's my home away from home!

Perfect location on the western side of Panama City Beach. Pier Park is a 5 minute walk. Great tiki bar between the 2 pools.
Now the room, WOW!!! This was the nicest room I have stayed in. It is obviously well cared for by the owners. Beautiful decor. Wonderful bathrooms. The beds were VERY comfortable. Huge balcony. Amazing room!!!

Now the room, WOW!!! This was the nicest room I have stayed in. It is obviously well cared for by the owners. Beautiful decor. Wonderful bathrooms. The beds were VERY comfortable. Huge balcony. Amazing room!!!

We stay Monday to Friday. Beautiful grounds, parking, pool and beach area. Employees were so very helpful. Our condo was very clean. The AC worked great and the humidity in the space was very comfortable. We were able to walk to many places we wanted to go. If we didn't walk getting there was very easy. The parking garage was very nice and safe feeling. The elevators moved very quickly. We didn't have to wait any more than 4 minutes any one time. On Friday morning near check out there was a but of a jam but one of the three elevators needed repairs. The pools were very clean and maintained to the best levels. The washer and dryer, fridge and stove/oven were all new and clean. The washer/dryer were quite and effective. Overall, I felt very safe and relaxed while at the beach, pool, in the parking garage or in the condo. Will make plans to stay again.

During peak season I’d advise staying on the lower floors just incase you need to use the stairs. The elevator wait gets up to 30 minutes.

The dryer make a lot of noise but they let me use another ones it is good . I think the toilet has leaking because the noise at night time

For the price we paid I thought I’ll get a nice room . Just so you know we stayed at Tower 2 room 1805 , very dirty , furniture very old , the walls need to be painted . The room definitely needs updated, and appliances changed. Also happened to see the housekeeper walking with just a bleach bottle, no cleaning towels or paper towels. We are assuming she just used our used towels to wipe surfaces. Very gross!! No wonder the room is dirty . I had to scrub the fridge handle with the sponge and all came out!! That means it wasn’t cleaned for a while. I understand that not all the rooms are like that , my review is specifically on this room .I feel sorry we chose this hotel , Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, I’ll take my business somewhere else!

My GF and i Loved our condo. Decor, view, layout, everything was perfect. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We will ve back April 2024.
