Nestled near Coolbinia, Menora, North Perth, Ingand Mt Hawthorn, our serene retreat is min. from Perth's CBD. Our light-filled home is ideal for families visiting nearby hospitals and welcomes those partnering with insurance companies. Located in the Mt Lawley High Schoolzone, it offers convenience for visiting families.


Coffee and tea have been provided, and please help yourself to the food items in the pantry.

You have full access to everything in the house. If you need to do laundry, washing powder is in the laundry cabinet.

Full kitchen is available for your use. Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, and appliances. We have plenty of storage space for groceries. Please put your dishes in the dishwasher after use.

Our home is a non-smoking environment.

If you need to stay while your house is being renovated, this will be perfect. Or, if you have an insurance claim, we can work with you!

When you enter the grounds of this beautifully and well-maintained property, you will enjoy a feeling of tranquillity and homely charm.

Adult and kids zones.

There are 3 large bedrooms, all with high ceilings and original timber floors. Each has a comfy bed fitted with hotel-style linen.

The funky kitchen has quality appliances and cookware. The open-plan living and dining area is the heart of the home and is a great space to create special memories. A separate area with a TV (Netflix included) can be closed off from the rest of the house. WiFi is also included.

All three bedrooms and the living and dining areas have evaporative cooling for your comfort.

Two cars can easily be parked undercover, securely behind the garage door, and others can be parked in front.

This setup is ideal for 2 couples, a small group of friends, and families looking to share a special WA getaway. It is also perfect for local families renovating or relocating. Insurance booking claims are welcome, or you are looking for respite.

Pet-friendly on this property. Approval and an additional pet fee of $75 per day are required.

This listing is pet-friendly. If you wish to bring your pet, you must pay a pet fee via our Guest App. We reserve the right to reject your pet request if we deem your pet unsuitable for a short-term accommodation listing.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Before check-in, you must complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and signing a rental agreement before receiving your arrival instructions. This provides security for the property owners so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary because we have a self-check-in system.

Surveillance Cameras: This property has cameras for our security and your protection. We have one flood light security camera mounted on the front of the house facing the front yard and driveway; this will be on during your stay.
