Very clean and modern apartment, cleaned every day. Good facilities, good play area in swimming pool for children. Two pools, one unheated and this was generally where the adults could sunbathe in peace and quiet away from children area where water features were noisy. Good entertainment for families. Food was very good, also had supermarket on site which wasnt overpriced. Walking distance to bars and restaurants for entertainment, and also to beach and marina. Overall a great place to stay

Only stayed two nights but very pleasant room spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from.

Excellent again (our 4th all-inclusive visit over 8 years). Minor points for improvement could be: Hotter food (although microwave is available). Warmer swimming pool. More adult activities again (shooting, archery etc.)

Unbearably hot room. One ceiling fan in the apartment and our room was 34°c on arrival and didn’t get below 30°c (travelling with a 2 year old, temperature shown on baby monitor). No ventilation and windows and doors were not very secure (didn’t close/lock properly and if they did, became impossible to open). Pools were nice and the kids water play area was really good. Downside was that it wasn’t cleaned throughout the day, so there was a big buildup of rubbish/cups/plates. Room lacked any basic amenities. Self catering apartment and we weren’t supplied any washing up liquid or even a cloth/sponge for dishes. Questionable if they had ever been cleaned. Our room was “cleaned” once during the 8 days (beds made, but nothing else) and we had towels replaced twice. Area around the hotel/outside the front was scattered with e-scooters making get a buggy in/out difficult. The glass barrier surround the steps/slope up to the hotel was smashed and just taped up with cardboard. There was broken glass and rubbish outside the front. Staff on reception were pleasant but not very helpful. After raising the same issues 3 times it finally got sorted (smelly drains in our room and broken outside light). I question the 3 star rating, even though some of their signs still advertise them as a 4 star (would give them 2 at best)! Directly under the flight path so very noisy. The safety deposit box is €3 a day. You don’t have an enclosed/private area. Will not be returning.

Our room was serviced twice in seven days and on 1 day fresh towels were left on the outside table. Food was on par with all-inclusive. Entertainment wasn't the best ive seen, however young Dom did well with the day activities and kept our 2 teenagers entertained. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room hot. The pool looked very inviting (sadly I didn't go in as I had a cough). The buffet food was a bit repetitive and my husband got food poisoning on the last day which did influence our overall view! However the cooked to order breakfast items were excellent and the chef very friendly.

Having stayed at Broncemar Beach previously i was pleasantly surprised by the revamp. Colour scheme is refreshing and all amenities are of good clean standard. The staff are friendly and helpful and i feel i must mention Virginia from the pool bar and upstairs bar area. Always service with a smile, engaging well with customers and nothing is too much trouble whilst still being efficient. Theres no sunbed wars so no major rush to get out there as you can always get a bed even in the afternoon. We were All Inclusive and the drinks didnt seem watered down, plenty of options including cocktails. The Buffet area has a lovely layout, quite spacious and lots of food options. The omelettes / pancakes made to order are delicious as anything else thats is made to order. The only disappointing thing i should mention is that the temperature of the food is warm at best however a microwave is provided should you like your food piping hot. I didnt mind some of the options being cool in temperature but there are some things that should be piping for food safety reasons. This is obviously perfect for little ones mouths too. The evening entertainment left a little to be desired however we went at the end of April and the entrainment team changed over during this week so did look a little better from what we saw.

Check in was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless very clean and cleaned daily. We had a lovely pool view. Location was great 2 minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Fab playground for the kids 2 minutes down the road from the hotel. The hotel was really lovely and modern. The staff even sent a bottle of champagne to our room for my birthday what a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Would be more than happy to stay here again. Everything was great thanks

Check in was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless very clean and cleaned daily. We had a lovely pool view. The pools are lovely albeit the ‘heated’ pool is REALLY fresh and favours the brave. Plenty of sun loungers and space to relax in the sheltered sunshine.

1 week family holiday, the hotel is newly renovated. Our room was clean, shower was generally good but at times lacked pressure and went hot and cold. Breakfast was good. Pool area was lovely, kids pool and heated big pool were good but our 3 year old still found them too cold to stay in for more than a few minutes.

Brilliant value for money - we paid £400 for 4 nights all inclusive - only stickler is the food selection, very repetitive.
