A large well equipped open plan living room / kitchen area is the hub of the property benefiting from a large Bay Window doors offering plenty of natural light. The 2 bedrooms benefit from having super comfy beds & plenty of storage space with the bathroom luxuriously fitted out with marble and steel.
Well located for a short commute into the Centre of Leamington Spa. A perfect base for exploring Leamington Spa and the surrounding area.
High ceiling-ed Georgian property with all of its original features making the property feel bright and spacious at all times. The property has been recently renovated to a high standard, giving guests the ultimate home from home experience in a quiet part of Leamington Spa.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a King Sized bed and one with a Double bed. The family bathroom has been renovated to a high standard ensuring guests have a comfortable stay.
Parking is on a first come, first serve basis at the property but there is typically usually always a single space for guests directly outside property. If not, there is more free parking located across the road on Northumberland Avenue.
Guests have access to the whole 2 Bed property during their stay. The property is NOT shared with anyone else.
The nearest Supermarket is the Marks & Spencer, there is also a Tesco which is a 10 minute walk away. Local pubs and bars are located nearby a short walk down into the Town Centre.
Although there is typically a parking space directly outside the property a designated parking space is not always available or guaranteed.
