The pool wasn't clean

Perfect accommodation near the city centre. Comfortable room, clear bathroom, stable WiFi.

when we arrived to the hotel, they refused to check us in, saying that they don’t have any free rooms. why do you accept reservations? we tried to contact booking.com and got no response. we had to look for a new place to sleep at 11 pm.

Nice location and an ok hotel to stay one night. It's modest, but good value for money.

The blackout curtains do not close all the way so you get light from the outside shining in in the evening. Broken mirror in the room.

The swimming pool was out of order

The hotel was great value for money with large beds and a pool. The staff were helpful and everything was very clean.

The only downside was the location in that it was not in a very good street. This should not be a deal-breaker though as it is still within walking distance of everything you want to see in Izamal.

Comfortable rooms in a beautiful complex. Showers and air conditioning without problems, staff very helpful. Can only recommend it for a short trip to Merida.

The place is perfect! Huge comfortable beds, nice swimming pool, AC, and great location, we loved it!

Everything else was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The room was big, confortable with a king sized bed, fan and air conditioning. Everything (room, sheet, amenities, etc...) is clean and tidy. Small pool next to my room. There were not many guests so the hotel was rather quiet. Excellent value for money. I hope/wish that all the other hotels I book will be/were like this one

The walls are too thin, you can hear every noise

Everything was great. Clean room with AC, really comfy bed. Really nice lady at the reception. She didn’t speak English, but tried to do her best to help us.

We were just next to reception, so we could hear people talk.

The hotel is a good value for money. The location is ok (about 10 mins walk to the town center). Rooms are quite basic and tou can see the hotel has been there for a while.

Its quite old and basic and you can see it but it is definitely OK for a shoot stay.

Clean, fair option for overnight stay in Izamal.

Walls are paper thin, if there’s a louder conversation taking place in a room next door or above you might as well contribute. Bit distant (for tiny Izamal standards). Coming back walking in the night not the most pleasant experience.
