The Space:
The highlight of our home is the stunning outdoor area. Relax and unwind in the beautiful Jacuzzi, perfect for soaking after a day of exploring Denton. The pergola provides a lovely shaded spot for morning coffee or evening gatherings, making it an excellent space for enjoying the Texas weather.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a peaceful neighborhood, our home is just a short drive from Denton's vibrant downtown, filled with shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, our cozy retreat offers everything you need for a memorable experience.

Other Things to Note:
- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.
- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have queries or need clarification before booking. Perfect place for small gathering with your family.
- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.
- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.
- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Hot Tub: Maintenance is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months.
- Landscaping: Is done once a week.
- Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, none inside.
- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.
- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs.
