Very dated!

Roy was very friendly. lots of space. nice trees views and pool, walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Dirty. the property looks like it needs a very deep cleaning. I am grateful that they let me arrive before the time of checking in, but it was very dirty. the kitchen I couldn’t use as I would have needed to start cleaning it it was o my two mugs that they were with a chip, and hardly any good equipment for simple things. the bathroom was dirty. the toilet brown and the mirror looks like it has not been cleaned in a while.I understand Roy is there working by himself. the property might need some assistance as it is too much for him. he was very busy trying to get the pool under control and clean it when I arrived, but he did clean that during my visit.

it’s location is good, only minutes away from Pelada

it’s all in very poor condition, and very very dirty. there was a used up bar of sope with packaging in the shower, hairs and dust all over, fridge leaked across the kitchen floor. bathroom sink didn’t have water. kitchen sink smelled and was clogged.

Arrived earlier than check in time. Cleaners were cleaning the unit when we arrived but generously allowed us to drop off our bags so we could explore the beach nearby. When we checked out, they brought us a pineapple!

The pool is just disgusting. there was cat excrement on the deck right next to the pool. The water was yellow and with a yellow foam. Terrible. Nosara I quite hot and I paid for a place with a pool, unfortunately we couldn't use it.

Location is good

The place was dirty with an extraordinary amount of cockroach and spiders. I understand is the tropic but was due lack of cleaning. The toilet didn't work and when we arrived had someone else pee. The shower was dirty and didn't work well. The parking was not in the same property. There was only one key and you had to talk to other guest in another property to take in and out the car. The air conditioning was only in the living room not in the room
