The park was small and well kept. It was a bit noisy from the highway near by. We had a lovely time. Everyone looked like they were having a great time.

Was clean faciluty nice pool nice cabins we had no dramas

Our cabin was spacious & had a lot of towel rails & mirrors which doesn't always happen in cabins.

Suited me and my family. It was clean. If we were staying longer than overnight it would be a nice place to stay.

Small caravan park but just what we needed for an overnight rest from driving back to Melbourne. Cabin walls were extremely thin. Every movement our kids made on their bunk bed and any slight wind can be heard. Bed was very comfortable.

Very noisy, being so close to the highway. Also the cabin was very old, cold, and tiny for four people. The staff were friendly.

Stayed here overnight on our road trip. When we arrived, reception was closed (5pm), which left us somewhat confused as the booking had been accepted and we saw others retrieving keys from a security box. We had not received any notification re a code. Luckily our phone still had (minimal) charge so we were able to contact the ‘other services’ no. displayed on window. The receptionist arrived promptly and could not have been more apologetic, helpful and super friendlly. The booking had come through now after the computer was checked, so all good. We had booked a 1 bedroom cottage which was fine for an overnighter, but the van park definitely needs an upgrade when it comes to these units. They are old, tired looking and in need of renovation, maybe a lick of paint, but everything was working and we had everything we needed. The area was fine, with a pub/tavern with large servings a 12 minute walk down the road. The highway is very close, but the noise was minimal. All good. Advice: just get a villa instead of the 1 bedroom cottage, which we paid $123+ for. Maybe Big4 should drop the price until these older units are renovated. Big4 expectation is always high. Still, no complaints re stay for one night.

A nice and well planned place.

Air conditioning didn't work when I arrived to an extremely hot studio/cabin in the evening. It was a swear-box. Unfortunately it was 22:30 and the reception was not open. I read all the instructions provided and there was nothing regarding how to work the air-con, I even tried to switch it on at the source. Tried to fit the key in the wall slot, which would not fit. In the end, I had a horrible sleep with high the humidity. I asked for a refund, and the owners claimed that the aircon works, and I hadn't put the thing in the wall. Perhaps if guests require a degree to operate what looks like a normal everyday aircon system, then the owners should include instructions in their welcome envelope. Won't be staying again, will be posting more bad reviews.

Clean unit and cheerful service. Rather dated and close to the highway but we were still happy with the value we got.

A basic cabin perfect for a short stay or overnight lodging. Shower head leaked and sprayed water all over bathroom. Curtains need repair. A little bit of TLC would improve what was otherwise good accommodation. Price is questionable but all caravan parks have become very expensive.
