Welcome to your modern retreat in the heart of Hollywood Hills West. This sleek, multi-level home offers unparalleled views of the Los Angeles skyline. Whether you're here for business, leisure, or a serene getaway, this home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and pure luxury. With stylish decor and a range of amenities to enhance your stay, the property features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
Layout:
- Top Floor: Private suite with a plush king bed and ensuite full bath for ultimate privacy.
- Middle Floor: Includes two cozy bedrooms with queen bed, share with a full bath and half bathroom.
- Bottom Floor: Suite with king bed and a full bath, along with a comfortable dining area and lounge space.

- Infinity Pool with Cityscape Views: Lounge by the pool and take in panoramic sunsets over the skyline. The perfect backdrop for relaxation or entertaining.
- Expansive Living Spaces: The open-concept middle floor boasts a spacious living room, fully equipped modern kitchen, and floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
Pool Heating: Please note the pool is heated upon request free of charge. Please let us know prior to your arrival 24 hours before if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.
Parking: You have access to 1 parking space in the garage.
Other Things to Note:
Noise detectors are installed on the property to ensure a peaceful environment. Any excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings, such as parties, will trigger an alert. Please be mindful of our quiet hours and respect the neighborhood.
-No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests.
All guest names must be provided before booking. We may request a government-issued photo ID from the booking guest, as well as from anyone on the guest list. If you plan to have any guests, their names must be submitted prior to your stay. A guest is defined as anyone who spends any time at the property. Please inform us if you wish to have guests and indicate how many. We enforce a strict guest policy to maintain the peace in our neighborhood and to comply with local laws. Exceeding the allowed guest capacity could result in loss of our permit and may require us to ask you to vacate the property.
-No pets, except verified service animals.
While we do not allow pets as a rule, we comply with the American Disabilities Act and will accept service animals with proper documentation.
-No smoking, vaping, or similar activities.
Per Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.50 B 18 b, this property is located in a High Brush Fire Zone, and it is the law to prevent wildfires. Smoking indoors or outdoors is strictly prohibited. We also do not allow vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar devices. Our advanced smoke detectors are highly sensitive to vapors and gases. If they are triggered, the fire department is automatically alerted, and a $500 fee will be charged. If the alarm is set off due to a violation of our rules, the responsible party will be liable for this fee.

- Make sure to thoroughly read and understand our cancellation policy before booking. The refund amount is determined by our policy. You can find it at the bottom of the listing.
- Check-ins are only available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Our team is only available during these hours to assist with any issues that may come up, so in order to offer you the best experience, check-in outside of these set of hours will be not authorized.
- If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed, and that there is an extra charge.
- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.
