First floor designated laundry room with access to the back yard - a rare occurrence with in-town lots. Enjoy the backyard barbecue while you create memories amongst loved ones. Ample living spaces for your relaxation and bedrooms that promote a restful sleep environment. Enjoy the salt air smell and the cooling ocean breeze!

Three and four day rentals available in the Spring and Fall. Weekly rentals only during the peak season. Please inquire with our office.

Bedroom 1 : 1 King sized bed (Master bedroom with en suite bath) - Located 2nd floor / Deck
Bedroom 2 : 1 Queen sized bed - plus FUTON bed (pulls out as a double) - 1st Floor
Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed - full bed on the bottom, with a twin up top

For guests with small child, a Pack n' Play and High Chair available for your use.

No Smoking of any kind in or near the property
No Pets
Car Limit = 3

Guest Access:
Guests can pick up keys at Jean Knapp Rentals (84 School St) after 3:00pm (we are located just across the street).
You will have access to the entire home!

Trolly stops available nearby, as well as the beach-caddie.

Other Things to Note:
Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday only! Seven night stays.

Interaction with Guests:
There will be no interaction with other guests, cleaner or homeowner. Rental agent will provide you with keys & will be your support if you need assistance.
