Bed was very comfortable. Toilet was in a seperate room, and very very small

The room is a bit too small and the water can flow everywhere in the shower room, so there are a lot of rooms for improvement. Having said that, in general it is clean and pleasant.

Excellent location for Bristol centre and harbourside. Lots of boutique little shops/coffee bars/restaurants nearby. Great communication by premises regarding parking etc the apartment was super clean. Microwave, kettle, in the little kitchenette zone and quite a spacious sleeping/living room. All was great. One thing of concern was the electric shower which went from cold to extremely hot and then cold again quite quickly. I wouldn’t want to leave a child or vulnerable adult in it as it could really scald someone. The drain smelled quite badly too. But apart from those issues it was a great place to stay.

I made the mistake of booking a small single room, which was tiny and very noisy because of the stairs. Fortunately I was able to move to a loft apartment which was completely satisfactory in every way.

The room was lovely - really well equipped and clean. The bed was super comfy and we really enjoyed our stay.
The staff were incredibly helpful - both those that cleaned the room and those that helped with our booking arrangements.
We will definitely book again and highly recommend.

When booking this “apartment” on Hotels.com we were offered the opportunity to go for an enhanced room for the additional cost of approximately £50.00 which we agreed. However, on arrival we found our room to be very small with a wet room separated form the bedroom by means of a simple shower screen. We contacted the property owners to be advised that we had booked a standard double room and the the enhanced statement was just words. So the question is for what did we pay the additional fee? We would be most grateful if someone from Hotels.com could contact us to explain.

Absolutely horrendous. How can you have a room without a fan with no air con. Two of the worst night's sleep of my life. Completely unacceptable in this weather. It was warmer in the room than outside. I tried opening the window, closing it. Nothing worked. It was like sleeping in a very expensive furnace. Seriously disappointed and would only recommend to those who are willing to spend two months acclimatising to heat in a country close to the equator. Otherwise, avoid this like you'd avoid falling off a cliff into shark infested waters

The property was an attractive stone building in a handsome square in a good location. The communal areas were clean and nicely decorated. The room was neat and clean and the bed was comfortable.
However it was not as advertised. It was listed as an apartment with a kitchenette and it was in fact just a bedroom with a fridge and a kettle. I don't expect to make a three-course dinner but in a kitchenette I ought to be able to make breakfast or a sandwich. There cups and glasses but nothing else.
Be aware that this is just a room NOT an apartment.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. We arrived early, much before check in and asked if we could check our bags in, we were told we couldn’t but then we were quickly called back and upgraded to a business room which was absolutely lovely. We had everything we needed and the entire flat was amazingly clean. Location was absolutely perfect. The only criticism we would have would be to maybe include more toilet roll, and be aware that if you’re in the lower floor then there isn’t any signal, however there is free wifi. Other than that we had an incredible stay and look forward to coming again!
