The Layover provides its guest with a TWO fully stocked kitchens, a TWO large living area, 5 bedrooms and three full baths, off street parking for 2 cars, ample street parking and a large back yard with a covered patio and hot tub.
This large, fenced backyard area with a beautiful view. Lots of trees for plenty of shade in the front and back of the home.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We follow a cancelation policy that requires a 30 day notice to receive a full refund.
If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED.
