The Foys Lake House property offers a unique and comfortable layout to provide an exceptional guest experience. The main house (upper 2 levels): offers two spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, providing ample space and comfort for families or groups.
The property provides direct access to the lake, perfect for water activities or simply enjoying the peaceful shoreline. The private dock allows for easy access to your kayaks, SUPs, and canoes. jump for a swim at the private dock, it's your own secluded spot to enjoy the pristine waters. Take advantage of the kayaks and life jackets provided to explore the tranquil lake waters up close. Cast your fishing line right off the dock, with the opportunity to catch Rainbow Trout and Kokanee. (Note: A Montana fishing license is required for anyone twelve or older.) A well-maintained yard offers space for outdoor fun or quiet relaxation in the sun. Gather around the fire pit in the evenings for s'mores and stargazing, creating unforgettable memories under the vast Montana sky.
This Foys Lake House combines comfort and adventure, offering everything you need for a perfect lakeside vacation. Whether you're looking to relax by the water, enjoying water activities, visiting Glacier National Park skiing Blacktail Mountain and Whitefish, cruise Flathead Lake, or shop and eat in the stores and restaurants of Kalispell and Whitefish this home provides the ideal setting.
➤The Foy's Lake House property has two parts:
• Main: upper 2 levels | 2 beds | 2 baths
• Studio Suite: lower-level apartment (not accessible to short-term guests)
➤COMMON AREAS: Lake access, Dock, Yard, Firepit
Accessed directly from the property:
• Go for a swim at the lake!
• Sunbathe on the private dock
• Use the provided kayaks and life jackets
• Fish for Rainbow Trout and Kokanee (A Montana fishing license is required for anyone 12 or older)
• Relax by the fire pit

A cozy lakeside fire is available for you to enjoy in the lower yard. Use the pine cone fire starter provided with your welcome gift. Firewood is located next to the fire pit. Please be considerate of noise and follow the recommended fire extinguishing instructions.
•COFFEE / TEA + BEVERAGES
Your morning “pick me up” is on us. A selection of coffee and teas are available on the kitchen counter. A variety of sparkling waters and drinks are stocked in the refrigerator for your initial enjoyment.
•BATH
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available in each bathroom. Please use the provided gray towels
•LAUNDRY (MAIN HOUSE ONLY)
If you need to freshen clothing or other items during your stay, detergent is available
•PLAY
A selection of games, puzzles, and children’s books are located in the living room window bench cabinets.

•PARKING: The maximum number of Guest vehicles is TWO (2). On-street parking is not permitted and there is no parking allowed in the neighbors’ driveways. The Garage is not for guest parking, ok to park in front of the garage.
• The hot tub is located on the property but is only for the owner's use. Any use by guests will terminate your stay.
• A Montana fishing license is required for anyone 12 or older
• Be considerate of noise (other guests and neighbors), quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any complaints will terminate your stay.

➤PLEASE READ, Essential information regarding Glacier National Park and your Booking:
1. 2024 - Glacier National Park made recent changes to their access to the scenic Going to the Sun Road located inside Glacier National Park. This year will be the fourth year with a new vehicle reservation ticketing system that is required to access the Scenic Going to the Sun Road from May 24th- September 8th for 2024. Reservation tickets are required to access every entrance inside the park.
2. East Glacier Entrance via St. Mary's and Two Medicine Lake area will not require a reservation ticket.
3. PRIOR TO FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING: Please see the Glacier National Park webpage for updates regarding 2024 ticketing and access. NO BOOKINGS WILL BE REFUNDED BASED ON THE NON-AVAILABILITY OF GLACIER PARK TICKETING
4. Should you not get a vehicle reservation ticket: You can still access park entrances before gates open for the day (6:00am) and after they close for the day (3:00pm) without a ticket. You can also access the East side of the park entrance with no vehicle reservation ticket. You can also hike or bike through any entrance without a ticket.
5. Everyone is required to have a National Parks Pass to enter any entrance of the park. You can purchase these in advance or when you arrive at the park.

1. Upon cancellation, non-refundable fees are applied. Please refer to our Property Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions.
2. PMI Realty Management NW requires all bookings/reservations to include an $89 Damage Policy paid by the guest at the time of booking (included in the total booking price). This fee cannot be waived. Damage Protection provides travelers with the coverage they need in case of accidental damage during their stay.
2.1. PMI Realty Management NW offers trip insurance, we suggest that you purchase trip insurance. You may purchase this add-on upon completing the booking.
3. Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals and receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. Once approved, guests must comply with applicable laws and site rules applicable to animals. Please request the form when you make your reservation.
4. If you are traveling during the Winter season; we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions vary, it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.
