Welcome to your new home away from home! This spacious 1,979-square-foot condominium provides everything you need for a comfortable stay in the City of Trees. It's an ideal alternative to an extended-stay hotel room and is located just minutes away from everything Boise has to offer: a friendly culture, award-winning restaurants, 25 miles of tree-lined greenbelt along the Boise River, the Boise foothills trail system, Boise State University, and much more. You're also just a short 50-minute drive to Bogus Basin for skiing, snowshoeing, tubing, and mountain biking.
As you enter The West Bench McCoy, you'll find a treadmill and a dedicated workspace, as well as direct access to the garage with space for two cars parked in tandem.
The open-floor concept on the second floor combines the kitchen and living room into a single, great room. The spacious living room features abundant natural lighting, a Roku TV, and a comfortable couch and small loveseat for you and your guests. There's also a tall dining table between the living room and kitchen that seats two, and a balcony accessible from the dining area with a small table and chairs.
The well-stocked kitchen offers plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, five-burner gas range, and air fryer. The kitchen island provides extra counter space and barstool seating.
Additionally, there is a half-bath at the top of the second-floor stairs.
The third floor has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. The main bathroom includes a double-sink vanity and a spacious walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have a small balcony, with the master bedroom balcony equipped with a fire pit. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer conveniently located between the bedrooms at the top of the stairs.
House Rules:
*Plan to grocery shop: except for one roll of toilet paper per toilet at the top of each stay, we do not supply consumable products (TP, paper towels, soaps, spices, etc.). Consumables left behind by a previous guest may be used or discarded.
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*A small dog OR cat is acceptable but must be under 20 lbs. If discovered, any unauthorized pets must be removed immediately, and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
*There cannot be more than 4 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 4 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check-out and early check-in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check-out affects our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late check-out in advance, there is a $55 fee. You will be charged an additional night's stay if you do not check out by noon.
*This is a NON-SMOKING house. A $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found on the premises.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil-based make-up, and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens.
*Sometimes it's hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that your sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors.
*There is also a Ring camera system to monitor the outside of the home.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.
