A newly renovated modern three storey town house located in central Sheringham, just opposite the Poppyline steam railway with only a short walk down the busy high street to the beach.
This 3 bedroom mews style home is set back from the main road within a courtyard setting. Providing a quiet place to relax after a days exploring the local area.
A great base for the local attractions, maybe take the Poppyline Steam Railway and explore the lovely town of Holt or stroll through Sheringham Park.
The space
On arrival guests can enjoy a welcome hamper that includes Prosecco, tonic waters, crisps, coffee pods and tea bags. The fridge will be stocked with milk and eggs. Please let us know of any allergies so we can adjust the hamper accordingly.
Guest will be provided with fresh towels, clean linen, toilet paper and miniature toiletries.
Ground floor
Entrance from the front of the property takes you into the main hallway with the family shower room situated to the right and the kitchen ahead of you. The entrance to the courtyard is through the kitchen French doors.
From here you can access the garage where bikes, surf boards, wetsuits and any beach essentials can be stored.
The new kitchen includes a modern oven, hob, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and fridge with cold box. There is also a breakfast bar with four stools.
First Floor
Wind your way up the spiral staircase to the landing area and into the lounge diner. A large flat screen telly, 4 seater sofa and dining table awaits.
Two single bedrooms are positioned on the first floor ideal for both adults or children. Both tastefully decorated.
Top Floor
At the top of the stairway the master bedroom includes a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. All freshly renovated providing a luxurious relaxing atmosphere.
Please note that due to the spiral staircase and lack of stair guards this property is not suitable for very young children. We do not have private parking but there is plenty of free parking along Cromer road to the front of the mews. There is an also a large carpark in front of the steam railway station.
Other things to note, we do not allow BBQs in the courtyard or any kind of open flame anywhere on the property. We also don't allow smoking or vaping. This is for fire prevention and safety.
