The space:
Located 2 miles from Notre Dame campus, 1 mile from the Potawatomi Zoo, 4 miles from the UP Mall, and near everything you could need during your stay from shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment & more!

Walk inside and you will be greeted by a great room stocked with comfortable seating, a dart board, smart TV, and direct access to the fenced back yard (Patio furniture to be available in Spring!). Walk toward the main home through the Coffee Bar – stocked with K-cups, ground coffee, tea, coffee mugs, sweeteners, coffee creamer – everything you need to get going in the morning. You will also find a washer and dryer available for your use.

Step inside the cozy kitchen that’s stocked with dinnerware (plates and bowls), cups, silverware, salt/pepper, cooking oil, microwave, dishwasher, and more. The dining table offers a convenient place to gather for a meal or arrange snacks for game day – it is right off of the main living room!

In the living room you will find very chic décor, comfy seating, a large Smart TV, and an electric fireplace. The three bedrooms offer the perfect blend of style and comfort, with cozy beds and linens, closet space, and an iron/ironing board.

The full bathroom features a traditional tub-style shower that is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The vanity is stocked with hand soap, makeup towels, hair-dryer, cotton swabs, and cotton balls. In the linen closet you’ll find bath towels, hand towels, and face towels.

There is off-street parking suitable for two cars, plus plenty of free street parking on our very quiet road. The fenced in back-yard is perfect for family time, playing outdoor games, or just hanging out (note that the patio furniture and outdoor games will be available in spring).

Please note: No pets are allowed, and smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited & enforced. No additional guests without prior approval from the host. No parties. There is no basement in the home and all rooms are on the main level.

Guest access:
You’ll have access to the whole house except a locked linen closet. Currently there is no access to the garage (temporary restriction until spring 2025)
