Very unique villa with amazing views and very well appointed large space. Hard to find similar properties at Cote d’Azure. PAM is an amazing host.

This was our second visit to Villa Lennard. The house and location can't be beat and Pam is super helpful! We had an amazing time and will definitely return!

A beautiful modern house, well appointed and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool is a highlight and never failed to delight our children. The views are quite simply stunning and the ever-changing sea vista never fails to catch your eye. Pam was a delightful host - friendly, helpful and charming with loads of great tips. The house is very modern and well-kept, with high quality finishes and furnishings. Full-height windows and sliding doors give the interior a sunny, open feel and frame dramatic views of Cap Ferrat and the surrounding area. Pam is a very gracious and patient host, and she provided us with a wealth of helpful information when checking in. We especially appreciated the well-stocked Intermarche a short distance from the house. Thank you for an exceptional visit, and we look forward to returning soon!!

Fabulous property for luxurious relaxation after a day of sightseeing from Monaco to Antibe. In gorgeous Ville Franche built into the mountainside of the Moyen Corniche with spectacular unique views of mountainside cities and the Mediterranean. We drove a rent-a-car through the curving mountain (of switch-backs and harrowing cliffs) for a few days, but were happier (and probably safer) when we changed to using UBER! The property is perfect for two couples. There is also an additional Studio apartment that can be rented on the property. It is a contemporary jewel, all bright white, with spectacular walls of glass that open completely to allow the sea breeze to flow through the building , in the midst of an antique setting created centuries ago! .

Myself and five girlfriends had a fantastic week at Villa Lennard. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way and the view was just incredible. Pam was the perfect host and provided us with lots of advice/information on the villa, getting around and local shops. We didn’t have a car, but that didn’t stop us from exploring Villefranche and the surrounding area. We found pathways from the villa (Chem de la Font du Canet & Chem du col-de Care) down to the train station in Villefranche. However, you have to be relatively fit and the surface is very uneven, so no high heels! The return journey back from the train station to the villa was always by Uber, which typically cost around 12 Euros. We loved every minute! Thank you Pam and owner .

Wonderful villa with an incredible view. Highly recommend, Host was very helpful. Perfect for three couples or family of 6. Best advice I can give is to rent a very small car, you will be thankful you did as driving anywhere in the general area of Nice with a mid size or larger vehicle will be a challenge even for the most skilled driver.

We had such a lovely stay, the property was an absolute pleasure to be in. We will be returning as soon as possible and cannot wait. Thank you Pam and owner!

The house has everything you need for a good stay. The wooden ground isn't perfect for an holiday house because you have to be aware with water on the floor and with a pool.infront of you that isn t always easy.but it looked very nice. The view is outstanding and you wake up,lift your head and you see the sea,wonderfully. The Houskeeper( Pam ) is very friendly and helpful if needed.communication goes very easy. My tip for the guest would be to not go there with a BIG car like big SUV because the entrance to the house is in the hills and you have a quite small turn to enter the gateway. For the rest was is great to spend 10 days there. FAM.K.

Diese Villa entsprach genau den Beschreibungen & Bildern! Eine wunderschöne Anlage mit Sicherheitssystem, einer abschließbaren Garage und perfektem Ansprechpartner (Pamela Demacon) vor Ort! Der Pool war einfach erstklassig! Es war alles sauber, voll ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder...

Tolle moderne Ferien-Villa mit großem Pool und atemberaubendem Ausblick auf die Bucht von Beaulieu und Cap Ferrat. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch Frau Demacon, die bei Übergabe und im Bedarfsfall auf nette und engagierte Art vor Ort Ansprechpartner ist.

We had a 14 days vacation in the house and enjoyed every minute. The house is recently renovated and the furniture is modern and chic, everything is in a really high standard and the house was nice a clean. The pool and the pool area was perfect for us and the children enjoyed it all day long.. I am sure we will come back again :-)

Great Villa with amazing views. Pam was very helpful. The Villa is a little far out for dinning out in the evening. We had driven down in our Range Rover and access was a little tight.

We had a wonderful stay enjoying the amazing view in this beautiful, well equipped home.

Luxuriöses Wohnen in sehr guter Lage, absolut empfehlenswert

We had a holiday on this villa in September during 11 days. The villa is very clean, beautiful , comfortable and there are all necessary things what u need in everyday life. Three bedrooms , living room , kitchen, two bathrooms , washing machine, dry machine. All windows are opened and u can enjoy the amazing view on Vilfranche and Saint Jeanne Cap Ferrat . The only thing you need is a car and u have a possibility less then 10 min to get to all beaches ( eze - anjuna beach, Beaulieu-sur-Mer , Paloma beach at Cap ferrat , supermarket , restaurants, Monte Carlo , Nice . Pam is very kind and help you in everything what you need , her villa is perfect . I recommend it . Thanks for such comfortable staying at your villa .

We had an incredible stay at Villa Lennerd. The house is beautiful and has every amenity necessary. The pool and view are breathtaking. The house is modern and very well suited for a family stay with full kitchen, laundry facilities, linens/towels, and satellite television. Pam is overly accommodating and was available to answer any question we had regarding the house, activities, recommendations, etc. We will definitely come back !!! A+++++

We enjoyed the stay, the house was very bright and pool was wonderful to swim in. Pam was very helpful with some of the challenges we had with the home.

Very nice villa with beautiful views. The impressive pictures you see on the site do not exaggerate how pretty the place is. The deck and the pool are large and sunny all day. Importantly, the air-conditioning is good. The kitchen has all you need and there is a TV with English and French channels. The villa is well situated 15 minutes from Nice, 15 minutes from Monaco and 7 minutes from Saint Jean Cap-Ferrat. Three things however should be noticed, which case us to drop one of the star rating: (1) The villa is on a line of site and a relatively close distance from the moyenne corniche, which make it noisy (motorcycles accellerating) (2) the three beds squeak every time you turn and some of us found their bed uncomfortable. (3) In our view the villa is not suitable to house young kids as there is an unprotected cliff not far from the pool. Please ask the property manager, who was very nice and helpful, about the last two points as they may have changed after the day of writing. All in all, we had a pleasant week at the villa.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House is modern, highly spec'd and well maintained. Nice pool and great pool deck with wonderful views out over the bay. Pam (local representative) very friendly and helpful.
