Modern, spacious room. Fast WiFI. Clean. Free parking

Location! Limited sea-view, but view straight to the shopping center with all the bars competing for the highest noise levels. The music played was so high that it was disturbing and annoying when sitting on the balcony 500 m away. So we didn't get the peace and quiet we hoped for, and our al fresco evenings on the terrasse were not as interesting as hope for.

Adult only, great location & really clean.

All of the staff were so helpful and friendly with the exception of one. Daniel in the breakfast room was quite rude to us and gave us a dressing down on our second or third morning when we went for breakfast. We waited at the breakfast check in for about five minutes and they were all busy so we walked on in and would have told someone our room number when they were less busy. Daniel came towards us angrily telling us “You must wait! If nobody here you must wait. Never just walk in. You must tell us your room number. Even if you must wait ten minutes you must wait!” I was really embarrassed in front of the other guests, people were looking in surprise. it was not an experience I would like to repeat, we were scolded like children.

the property was amazing! rooms were very modern and clean and the balcony was huge, added bonus was the jacuzzi on the balcony which me and my partner loved using in the nights. The food was excellent also.

The TVs are not smart TVs. you cannot connect to any of the smart apps such as Netflix and we only found one English Channel. The hotel is situated on a hill and to get to the bottom where all of the pubs, restaurants and shops are, you have to walk down hundreds of steps, and I mean hundreds. luckily me and my partner are fit as a fiddle but when we did decide to take a taxi instead, it was only €2/3 euros each way.

When booking an adult only hotel for a couple, and paying extra for bigger room and jacuzzi, why do hotels insist of having 2 single beds pushed together??

I think I overpayed the amount because the room was not clean and we had a cockroach in a room

The hotel was beautiful. Nice big spacious rooms. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were so helpful and friendly and could not do enough for us throughout our stay.

the amount of steps up to the hotel from the main strip but that’s every hotel in the area and would book the room with the bigger balcony next time

.The hotel was very clean all the time, seems to be recently renewed as the pictures seem to be old.. We stayed in a junior suite with jacuzzi at the balcony and it was lovely. We had breakfast included and never dissapointed so much option! The swimming pool was always very clean and with enough recliners available.. Just a 4 minute walk to the Centre with all the pubs and restaurants.. And 10 min walk from the beach. We loved it and if back in Gran Canaria we will stay here again!

.We had dinner at the hotel included in a romantic pack, but was a bit disappointing. . Not as good as breakfast although staff was always very nice 😊

The property was very clean and tidy. the facilities were lovely. lovely rooms with very comfortable beds. all staff were very friendly and helpful. good location.

Nothing really. be prepared for steps up, counted 167 steps up to the property .. but worth it for the views from the balcony.

Breakfast good Location noisy, you said you had soundproofing in the room, which was not accurate as i was woken on several occasions by the noise in the town at night
