It was very friendly the staff very really nice and helpful.

The complex was nice and very clean. The pool and beech are lovely and food as you would expect an all inclusive. The rooms were lovely and cleaned every day. There’s a fridge and free safe.

My only criticism is they only had one bar staff on at the grill bar and limited staff at the main pool bar, it always took a while to get served and sometimes we just walked away!! Also some of the bar staff were rude.

The location with the Falésia beach nearby, the room was large and comfortable,, the food ( we were surprised with the quality and the range of different types of food everyday as it was our first time in an all inclusive resort), and the staff, which was excellent: helpful and extremely professional.

The information of events /calendar and kids activities could be displayed at the website or the rooms, it was difficult to see regular events time as we were not always in the reception to check them. The info about the resort buses (as booking early) could also be clearer, as we didn't know we needed to book at least with one day on advance to go to nearby towns.

Good pool. Near the beach. Food was great with different options in buffet. Staff very friendly with regular daily activities. Had a lot of interactions with Pedro and Pedro who were great. Was not too busy but we went during off peak time

Everything was well organized.The food was great.Making reservations to enjoy a nice dinner table at the Grill restaurant is well worth it. The beach access is very convenient and the beach itself is breathtaking.

There was nothing not to like.All was to my satisfaction.

I have to say I'm just home from the airport and the whole family said what an amazing time we had staff were amazing location was amazing activities and the beach walk is something else would recommend to anyone 10/10 stay

Foods variety, great breakfast. Entertainment staff, exterior pool. Overall cleanliness. Tennis courts and minigolf.

The pillows aren't confortable at all, the staff could smile more. The jacuzzi was made for kids, not adults. Either way, minor stuff. The overall experience is good.

We really enjoyed our time at the resort and, after reading other reviews and being a little worried about what to expect, it really surpassed our expectations! The location was so peaceful with lots of space to get away from the busier areas. The pools were great- both within easy access of snacks and drinks. Food was brilliant- plenty of choice. Our room was clean and spacious. We really could not have asked for more and we would definitely like to return!

Absolutely lovely resort, clean, staff pleasant, food fresh and in abundance. Great place to stay with family and young children. The decor is modern and staff are always hard at work keeping the venue maintained. A warm welcome, and pleasant stay, would recommend

The length of time between pick up and return from the city centre, wish the coaches were more regular. Would of liked the mini discos to be aimed for older kids also. Maybe have two separate discos for younger and older kids to enjoy

the area I was staying in was quite far from the reception / pool / restaurant area and appeared to be noisy at night time. reception was always busy with minimal staff which was frustrating when just wanting a key to the gym.

the property was set in a beautiful part of the coast line, and the pool area was stunning. the kids club was FANTASTIC.

I did not like the lack of bar staff and the lack of choice at The Grill restaurant.

the food is not nice. mostly dry and not a lot of choices. the salads are good. we couldn’t get the TV in our room to work.

Beautiful coastline and walking along cliff tops and the beach, the resort wasn't fully open yet a restaurant and bar looked like it was being renovated for the summer.

Dated evening entertainment.

fab location (close to Albufeira and Vilamoura and hotel providing bus service), fantastic facilities (amazing - so many things to do), food (very good variety, fresh and yummy)

unfortunately staff couldn’t handle busy times in the dining area (missing cutlery, glasses, dishes); wasn’t clearly informed that the mini golf and some restaurants/bars at the hotel will not be open at this time; suggestion: create labels on your milk bottles as with the large amount of people in the buffet area it was all very quickly mixed up and impossible to differentiate soy/lacto free milks from regular ones
