Everyone working in this hotel is super friendly! 5 stars for an amazing staff.

I was a bit disappointed by the hotel overall. The pictures look great but everything is pretty basic. This would not be a problem if only the rooms were cheaper. It's not great value for money.

The host is really unfriendly and rude. Not welcoming and doesn't care about her costumers.

Nice location near the town centre will good bus routes to get around. Breakfast was a nice offering and the room has almost all you need for a basic overnight stay. Staff were very helpful and service was exceptional. The on site restaurant is a little pricey but is a great option for a nice evening meal minutes from your room.

Economy rooms don’t come with the usual kettle and tea/coffee so it’s either bring your own or use the restaurant / cafe on site. The building is obviously a bit dated. It didn’t bother me too much and was quite nice to have a little ‘retro feel’ about it however those looking for mod cons might feel a renovation is overdue.

Quit location, animal friendly, very relaxed owner and staff.

Although everything is functional, everything in this hotel reflects a long history and propels guests back to the early 1980s.

I liked the location a lot. It is very quiet and nice. There is a bus stop nearby to get to the city center. Room was clean and nice. Most of furniture was nice and new. The breakfasts were great. And the best part of my experience is the people. Very welcoming and nice.

Wi-Fi in one of the rooms could have been better. That was the main problem for me. On the other hand, in another room it was absolutely ok.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and great connection with public transport. The rooms are big and clean.

The hotel was comfortable and had all the essentials. The front of house staff were very helpful and all of the staff were nice. Would stay here again!

Quite a trek from downtown Aachen but on a nice day it's a lovely walk.

The furniture is a bit old-style but still decent.

The lady who greeted us at reception was absolutely lovely. She even translated for us what was on the food menu bless her. Thankyou for your hospitality we really appreciate it.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Really all I needed for a short stay in Aachen, and would use again.

Note the time check-in closes. And German pillows... they take some getting use to.

The breakfast with many different sorts of cheese, ham and salami together with fruit and juice were just what we needed on our cycling trip. The room was quiet, although the hotel is located at a busy crossing outside the centre.

The service was good, the room was clean and comfortable.

Pool, jacuzzi and sauna didn't was available, this is not mentioned in the ad :( We also failed to visit the terrace, as they sent me for coffee to a nearby bakery, for a non -explanatory reason we could not order coffee from the restaurant .....

The location of the hotel was good. Free parking outside.

The service was extreme unfriendly. The whole hotel should be modernized. Then carpets in corridor we’re very dirty.

The pillow is not comfortable. Bed comfort is mediocre.

We really liked how easy it was to access it and the commodities inside.

You can tell it’s age but it was never an inconvenient and it gave a bit of charm.
