Great location, probably the best in the town. Breakfast was amazing, decent choice of dishes. Real nice pool area with direct access to the beach. Saunas in the SPA room were great, especially in rainy days. People on reception and the other staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned regularly and were in a good shape. Even tho we haven't got the sea view the city and garden view from our room were super nice. Hotel style and decorations were on a high level, felt almost like in museum, lots of luxury and quite a few places to calmly sit and enjoy.

Minor: I'd say that SPA area needs more ventilation, it wasn't too bad, but definitely lacks fresh air especially closer to the pool. The bigger jacuzzi had sand in it, which wasn't cleaned for several days, again it wasn't end of the world but we weren't using that one for obvious reasons. What felt a bit off is the room sound isolation, we could hear all the talks and the noise from our neighbours room, but that was quickly sorted and we were moved to a different room.No drinking water in the room and nowhere to refill it in the hotel, you can buy it from the mini bar but the prices weren't reasonable at all.

Unser Zimmer bot einen seitlichen Meerblick mit Balkon. Es hat uns ausnehmend gut gefallen und wir können das Hotel nur besten Gewissens weiter mpfehlen!

Es ist schwierig, etwas Negatives zu finden. Wenn man empfindlich sein will, dann könnte einen wohl der recht grobkörnige Sand am Strand stören. Wenn man unbedingt ein ausschweifendes Nachtleben mit vielen Clubs und Discos möchte, wird man an diesem Strand von Lloret del Mar auch etwas enttäuscht sein.

El hotel tiene unas vistas increibles, esta justo pegado al mar. Tuvimos la oportunidad de cenar alli con música directo inesperado totalmente. El mismo hotel te ofrece toallas y acceso a la playa directo. El desayuno es muy completo también. En general muy bien.

Quizá la zona de piscina interior, esta bien, pero se nota que no esta tan nueva.
