Staff were very nice and helpful. Room clean and comfortable.

There's no lift, but the steps at the stairs were rather too high, so it was an ardous climb to the 3rd floor.

The staff were very helpful. Checkin is listed as "until 10pm", my flight was late but the night staff man still let me in and did everything possible to make me comfortable.

There was some noise outside sometimes.

Spotlessly clean and lovely staff. Right next to the north station.

There isn’t a lift but this was no issue for me- could be for you.

Only like the connectivity part to reach the city center…

The staff or the management was not at all responsible and very rude….I have booked a AC room to manage the temperature inside room as was travelling with a 3 month old baby….and then the AC in the room was not working….and management says they cannot do anything with AC not working and very arrogant. They were so rude to say that the outside temperature is 18 so can manage ourselves by having the windows open. They were like you can cancel your booking if needed. They should learn a way to deal with customers who come with pre booking.

We got a room with our own bathroom and a fridge. It was located near bus and trams, also has a supermarket and a bakery very close.

They don’t have an elevator so it was very heavy carrying our bags up to the third floor. It’s also not the cleanest hotel I’ve been to but it wasn’t super dirty. The bathroom smelled like chlorine and because the fridge wasn’t plugged in when we arrived it also smelled bad.

Clean and good location.

Everything was good.
