booked for 4 nights, extended another 3. Loved our time at H R Palace. Recommend staying there! + great roof top terrace (day & night) + delicious food + very friendly and helpful staff + shower has a curtain! + big, comfy bed + close (walkable) to main train station

- Wifi was not the best

The location, staff and room were amazing. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was beautifully and tastefully decorated in keeping with the local area. It was clean and comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough to help with any questions we had. They were able organise a car and driver to show us around. Food although vegetarian was well priced and delicious. The roof terrace was an added surprise and again tastefully done.

This hotel doesn't offer non vegetarian food. Apart from that there isn't anything I didn't like about it.

- Breakfast and dinner was very nice warm quick and tasted like home cooking. - the Thali were really amazing. - The staff were very quick to respond and polite. - Bathrooms were well maintained and clean - the triple delux room was really spacious with big beds and an extra bed for one.

Heaters and hair dryers should be kept in the room, thougg they were provided on request.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful.

Bedding was not comfortable for the family room. Too much noise around the room for a family with young kids. Staff should avoid booking drinking teenagers around family rooms. Was almost dialed Police helpline as it was too noisy.

Very good location and easy access to market and points of interest

AC broken. Flaps were broken and nothing was done to resolve this. So essentially we paid for an AC room with no AC working.
