We liked the location, was perfect.

The view and the beds. The view was not to nature and the beds were olds.

the location is great! the rooms are nice and clean.. the breakfast was very good!

our rooms only had beds, it would have been nice to have a small sitting area, but it’s probably our fault for not booking a bigger room.

Good breakfast, very friendly staff and we had a quiet room at he back with a view on the volcano. Situated in Pucon's main street, so many resytaurants in the neighbourhood.

Rooms were fine, staff were gentil and bfeakfast was very good. They change to another room the day after i couldn t sleep because of the noice

The place was to noice because some bar / disco in the front street. It was not possible to sleep before 04:00 AM.

Location is seriously perfect. Right on the main street, next to the tourist center where the free buses stop; walk distance to simply everything: top restaurants, drugstores, supermarkets, tour agencies, rental cars, etc. Nice, clean and well mantained rooms. But the main star goes to the Staff. Amazingly loving and friendly, really available and proactive to help you in any and everything.. can’t thank them enough!

If your room faces the main street, you will definitely hear some noise from the street, but it was bearable and didn’t disturbed our sleep. Depending on the room you get, you might get some parts of the ceiling that you should watch to not hit your head, due to the structure of the building.

This hotel, in an excellent location in Pucón near the bus terminals and several restaurants and shops, is fabulous: very clean and quiet, with wonderful views of the volcano, beautifully decorated rooms and common areas, lots of warm water in the bathroom at any time, and a good breakfast with many options, also for vegetarians. Last but not least, all the staff members are professional, helpful and kind.

The should be more space for toiletteries in the bathroom, but my main complain is that I did not stay longer.

Excellent location and very good accommodation, spacious, clean and confortable. We stayed in one of the 2-bedroom apartments which is nicely fitted for a family of 4. Staff were great, extremely helpful in all our needs.

The internet never worked in our apartment. Fortunately I had a local sim card and used mobile network, but the hotel should upgrade its wifi system to meet the high standard it offers.
