This house is the perfect location for walkable Savannah. Located on the quieter end of E Broughton Street, with parking in the back. The clean, beautiful home was as pictured with comfortable beds, and easily accommodated our six adult family members. I highly recommend this location and I would book this location again when traveling to Savannah.

We have always had good luck with VRBO and this property is no exception. The location was fabulous. Parked the suv in the property parking spot and walked everywhere for the next 4 days. Adult children could go out and leave grandbabywith us. The property was super clean. Furnishings in great shape. Beds comfy. Linens top shelf. When we return it would book here again.

The house is very elegant and decorated beautifully. The location couldn't be any better - walking distance to pretty much everything Savannah has to offer. The house had everything you would need on your vacation. Highly recommended.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and described accurately in the pictures and the description. Both bathrooms are very generous in size for getting ready, and the closet / drawer space is also great (you can imagine how much space was needed for 7 girls staying 3 nights and 4 days!). The two parking spaces easily fit 2 midsized SUVs with room to spare(not enough for another vehicle, just a comfortable fit. It could probably also fit a full sized SUV and a midsized SUV but we didn’t want to take our chances without seeing the space). The girls loved the brick wall and the staircase, it really added charm to the home. The lock to the gate was a little finicky but I just added that so that if someone experiences something similar they will not be worried. All of the neighbors we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. The house was about a 15 minute mark from city market street give or take (and the shopping on broughton), but a very easy and straightforward walk. It was maybe a 5 minute Uber close to River street and Vic’s on the River, so our Uber charges were not outrageous either. All in all I would definitely recommend!

The home is in a great location on Broughton Street, but also at a quieter end, so noise is not a problem. I LOVE the parking space that comes with the property and having my car easily accessible, though I didn't need to use it often as we were close to everything. We did a Segway tour with Adventure Tours in Motion which was a lot of fun. We ate, shopped and enjoyed all of the little squares. Savannah is a favorite place and I hope to return to this property again in the future.

The location was perfect. Extra blankets would be a nice addition, for those who tend to get cold easily while sleeping. The large coffee maker did not work, but thankfully there was a small coffee as well. The ice maker was not fully functional, but not a deal breaker by any means. Check-in and check-out process was super easy.

My sisters and I came to Savannah for a girls trip and loved the Broughton Street property. It was in a great location and the decor was a lovely mix of traditional and modern.

We had 4 adults and 3 young children stay comfortably in the house. Overall we enjoyed it! The house was exactly as advertised, the location was great, and the property management was very attentive to our questions. Would recommend!

It was great to all be together and to have the house as a homebase for guests & deliveries. Plenty of closet/ storage space and plenty of bathroom was the perfect location walking distance from anything in town. The beds are comfortable and the home was clean and well set up when we arrived. The kitchen has most anything you need for a normal stay including cooking. Having two parking spaces was a huge help! Parking in Savannah is difficult and expensive, so it was nice to have street parking in front of the house available as well as the two reserved places in the back. We hosted a welcome dinner and the home well accommodated our guests and we got so many compliments on how nice the place was. Excellent communication with property management, the neighborhood is very nice and safe, with quiet and friendly neighbors.I will stay here over and over again everytime I come to Savannah. It was absolutely perfect!

Great location. We walked everywhere. Beds were comfy. Lots of room. Decor is so neat for the area! We loved the courtyard. And spent a lot of time out there. Unfortunately cushions are old and uncomfortable. Definitely needs better cushions and comfort for courtyard. Supplying one extra trash bag, paper towel, and more then a half a roll of toilet paper in the master bath would be nice. Dryer broke and wasn’t fixed during our stay. But they had maintenance come out and at least try. Ice maker broke but they did bring ice which was nice! But overall loved it and would stay again.

The check in code doesnt activate until 4pm. We arrived 20 minutes prior during a heavy rainstorm with two small children and unfortunately couldnt get in until 4pm. It would have been nice if the codes were active just a few minutes prior to 4pm.

At first, I was skeptical if 7 of us would have enough space in the manor. However, it is much bigger than I imagined! Close to river. We were able to walk to most of the squares. A couple extra sets of bath towels would have been nice but having a washer and dryer made all the difference. I left a note that there were no bowls in the kitchen for cereal or ice cream. We used coffee mugs.

The location of this historic townhome was walkable to all the great Savannah downtown must-see sites. All of the exposed brick in the home really contributed to the charming ambiance. We took a girls trip and the house was great. Very clean. We had a minor issue of the dishwasher being full of clean dishes but the repose from the management company was quick and they just let us leave our dishes in the sink so it was not a real issue. We really loved the location.

The house was great for our girls trip. Plenty of space and beds for all of us. The unit is definitely a rental property, and shows a bit of wear and tear…but overall it’s a great spot and a great location. One thing to note is that it’s ran by a property management company. So when you book through VRBO you are then called by the company to re-confirm everything you enter on the VRBO site. You will also have to access the management company’s portal/app to access any information regarding the property (nothing is listed in VRBO) - which seems redundant since typically you can access everything from VRBO. While the process was a bit annoying, the team at the management group are very kind and helpful.

Great home and location but the ceiling fans are coated in dust as well as some of the baseboards. The sky lights have mold in them causing all 9 of us to leave there with severe sinus congestion.

This house is in a great location. It is close to shopping, dining, and attractions. It was a spacious home, with plenty of room for everyone. The online photos did not exactly match the current state of the home. There were various empty nails and hooks in the walls with no pictures, etc. The light next to the bed in the large upstairs room did not work, and the vent in the upstairs bath did not work, which made the bathroom extremely hot and steamy. There were no cushions for the outside furniture, so we could not sit out back to enjoy the warm weather. Other than that, the house was fine snd it met our needs.
