When we arrived the apartment we booked was not available so we were taken to a much older, outdated apartment where by day 3 the lift was completely broken. Yet another alternative apartment was substituted which was better than the completely outdated one and fairly comfortable. Very firm beds but large and in a good position with side balcony with a water view. We were disappointed not to have stayed in the apartment we had initially booked, but it was explained that there were renovations taking place on the same floor, so noisy, and also someone else was staying in it. Alex was very apologetic.

Very hard/ firm beds and mould in the bathroom. The kettle was broken. We purchased another. No toaster but a sandwich toaster.

I had the privilege of staying in two of Alex and Martha’s apartments whilst in Larnaca. It was even better than expected. Excellent property and very convenient as apartment is in the heart of everything. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything you need. Alex and Martha were extremely accommodating and they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They even organised a taxi service to pick us up from the airport! Overall, I had a great experience with Alex and Martha and now call both of their apartments my second home whenever I am in Cyprus! Would definetely recommend this apartment to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again!

Very central close to the beach. Alex was a very kind host and provided plenty of information. Due to construction works int the building at the originally booked apartment we were rebooked to the alternative apartment no. 204 before arrival. Everything was fine.

Shower a bit weak, Couch very soft. If this apartment will be booked by a family, the sofa cannot be used to sleep as it is very soft.

Alex is an exceptional host. He gave me all the tips about Larnaca and was very responsive to everything I needed. The apartment is clean and in the best location of the city, close to everything. The view from the room stunning. Looking from the bed and the balcony it feels like you are in a boat

Perfect location, very nice view, nice hosts, big apartment. English books in apartment was a good idea. Good communication with Alex.

Locks on balcony doors were broken, or maybe we just didn't know how to lock them.

It was very beautiful, the apartment and also the view. I loved to drink coffee on the balcony and just see the sea. The apartment is very good, it was so clear, and so perfect. There are everything, that i need. Alex is very helpful, and thanks to Zurab also. It was the best decision, that I reserved this apartment. I recommend it to everyone. 🙂🙂
