In quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance of Carvoiero. Traditional style, with modern bathrooms, comfortable furniture & very well equipped. Can use Resort pools, bar & restaurant, with a kids club. We'll be back next year for our third visit.

The home was incredible for my group of 10. We had three families with kids and adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home has everything you need. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The location is close to food and shopping and easily walkable for dining, fun and beach. Host was very helpful and great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend and you will be very happy here.

We had a wonderful time at Liz’s property, which had everything we needed for the week. The pool area in particular is beautiful. The house was very clean (and has maid service during your stay, an added plus as you don’t usually get that with a villa) and perfectly located for town and a couple of nearby coffee shops and restaurants. There were lots of helpful touches for the children in our group, including pool toys, children’s books and high chairs / cots in request. We’re already planning a return trip!

Well equipped, comfortable spacious villa, surrounded by gardens & lovely pool. Well maintained, lots of pool inflatables & sun beds. Felt very safe with electric gates & key box. 5 minutes walk to the local shop & resort centre where there are 2 pools & a childrens pool, kids club, tennis, table tennis, bar/cafe (excellent well priced food) open 12 - midnight. Entertainment throughout the day eg greet the animals (guinea pig, giant tortoise, iguana etc) kids disco, & evening for adults. 15 minute walk to centre of Carvoiero, lots of lovely shops, great market for meat & fish. We didn't hire a car, just got an Uber on arrival & did an Aldi shop. Lovely atmosphere & excellent restaurants in town. Will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed an absolutely wonder family holiday at this villa in Carvoeiro. It was clean, spacious and beautifully furnished and comprehensively equipped. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the sea view amazing. The villa is roughly 10 minutes walk to the beach and town. We really loved Carvoeiro. The beach is beautiful and there are so many great choices of restaurants. There is also a restaurant right by the villa which was very nice. As the villa is on a resort there really was something for everyone. Tennis, mini golf, pool activities. Despite being on a resort the villa is very private and quiet as it overlooks a valley so you do get the best of both worlds. We look forward to returning one day.

Everything about our stay was brilliant from start to end. The views from the villa are stunning. We stayed the beginning of November and the weather overall was still great the only slight downside staying this late in the season was that quite a few of the local restaurants where shut for the winter. The villa is extremely well eqquiped especially the kitchen. Thanks to Liz the owner who was extremely helpful from the time of booking to the end of our stay.would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this beautiful part of the Alrgave

We were a party of 10, 3 generations, including 4 lively little girls from 6 to 9. We arrived early so were able to go to the nearby Quinta do Paraiso which we were able to use as part of the villa rental. Lunch and had a swim there before we could get into the villa. We were delighted to find that the villa had everything we needed, spacious and comfortable, with a lovely pool, gardens and, as a special treat, a hot tub. Carvoeiro is in walking distance and a short journey to the beach at Albandeira which is our favourite. I didn't visit the nearby beach, too many steps for the oldies! We enjoyed relaxing round the pool when we got back our travels and the girls went straight in the water. We loved eating on the veranda in the evenings, often wonderful fish that the men cooked on the barbecue. The villa had lots of dvd's and books too. I had the upstairs bedroom with an amazing view beach form the balcony. We love the area and hope to return!

One week wasn't enough for us, beautiful place and great resort. Villa was very nice with excellent facilities. We are a family with very young children and this villa has a bathroom equipped with children's toilet and sink. We felt very secure with gated gardens and pool area. Great BBQ area away from pool allowing food to be cooked away from children playing. Use of Jacuzzi made for a relaxing dip after a busy day enjoying ourselves. Our only critism patio furniture needs updating as seemed tired, also the sunbeds could benefit with better cushions as became very hot if left without beach towels, plus the cleaners left a large tuft of hair in the shower which we thought may be cleared away on the weekly visit only to be disappointed that it was still left in situ. Still would return to this beautiful villa and definitely for 2 weeks.

What a great villa. Did tons of research on various villas in Carvoeiro and so glad we did this one. Beautiful house. Pictures don't do it justice. The views are wonderful and it's lovely and private. It is also easy walking distance of town and the beach. Would 100% recommend.

We stayed as a family of 8 (6 adults and children, ages 1 and 3). The villa and the views are absolutely stunning. Nick and Liz the owners are extremely accommodating and helpful - offering some useful advice and great restaurant recommendations. The villa is very spacious, our daughter especially loved having her own little mini ensuite - very cute! The bedrooms are all comfortable, spacious and bright. The kitchen is large and well equipped and with free wifi and uk tv channels you're all set. The highlight of the villa is definitely the outdoor spaces - the gardens, the pool and the bbq area overlooking the sea are like heaven. There is plenty to do within safe walking distance but taxis are also easy to organize from the resort reception. We didn't rent a car and never had any problems. Highly recommend this villa - it's absolutely perfect!

We spent an amazing week at the villa. It could not have been more perfect. The villa is gorgeous, the location is amazing, Carvoeiro is beautiful and Liz was really helpful throughout the whole process. The only bad thing was having to come home!

Lovely villa with stunning views over valley and out to sea and amazing sunsets. Villa and surroundings are beautifully clean and very well appointed with good pool, wonderful hot tub and well kept outside space. The kitchen is excellent with dishwasher, washing machine, double oven, two fridge freezers and plenty of cutlery, pots and pans etc. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and each with their own bathroom. Carvoeiro town and beach is close by and easily walkable. The villa is on the resort of Quinta do Paraiso which is very family friendly. When you are at the villa you don't feel you are on a resort at all as its so private, yet just a couple of minutes walk down the road is a restaurant, shop, communal pools and a bar. There is an animation team that provide activities. We had a couple of very entertaining and competitive games of water volleyball! Liz was very helpful and accommodating and helped us to organize a transfer from the airport. Communication before the booking, during and after our stay was really good. Thank you.

We have just returned home following a weeks stay at this beautiful villa and wish we could have stayed forever! It is nestled in the valley with a fabulous sea view. An absolutely beautiful location but not isolated. It's walking distance of Carvoeiro town and on a lovely resort with all the amenities you could need for a great family holiday. The villa itself is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The 5 bedrooms each have their own bathrooms, which like the rest of the villa are very clean and well maintained. The upstairs bedroom has a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and pool and out to sea. There is also a large roof terrace where you can really enjoy the view- whilst playing a game of table tennis. The pool area and terrace are glorious and gets the sunshine for much of the day. The hot tub is great and we spent many hours watching the sun set from here. Having previously stayed in two other villas in Carvoeiro on different resorts, I would have to say that the location of this villa surpasses both in terms of privacy, peace and tranquility. Would definitely recommend.

We were a party of 6 adults with 4 children under 4. The booking was very smooth and professionally handled with lots of really helpful information before we arrived. The villa was spotless and really well appointed with high quality fixtures and fittings. There are 5 beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms with excellent baths and showers. We all remarked on how homely and comfortable we felt, we wanted for nothing! The kitchen is large and well equipped. Lots of toys and books for the children and lots of space for them to play. The location is fantastic with beautiful sea views and lovely grounds and pool. Shops, restaurants and the beach are just a short walk away but the villa is located up the hill overlooking a valley which made it very peaceful. I cannot recommend this property and the owners highly enough and would book again without hesitation. Thank you for what was a fantastic holiday!

We loved this villa and the location. We have rented many villas in Carvoeiro and this one is the best so far. The view from the pool and terrace are beautiful and you cannot beat the view from the hot tub. The villa is perfect for families with children. Our children are 4, 7 and 8 and they loved every minute of their holiday. They really liked the fact we had a private villa with pool but we were also on a resort with communal pools, entertainment and kids club. The villa is a couple of minutes walk from the communal area so we felt we were still away from it all and it was nice and quiet. We were worried the walk into town would be a bit much but it really wasn't. 10-15 mins and the kids didn't even complain.The views on the walk down are spectacular. Plenty of photo opportunities. The owner was very helpful and the booking process very easy. we are already at looking at booking again.

As a party of 7 we found the villa to be conveniently located, peaceful, private and secure. The mature and colourful gardens lead to the immaculately kept pool area which has a wonderful view over the valley and down towards the sea. We really liked the variety of different outdoor seating and eating areas at the villa, with our favourite being the barbeque patio area (which arguably has the best view from the property). The villa itself is extremely spacious, clean and airy with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and nicely decorated bedrooms. We particularly liked bedroom 2, which has a pretty private balcony with a sea view. Little touches such as bottled water in the fridge upon arrival and lots of pool inflatables and garden games available for our use, really made us feel at home. The friendly property manager touched base with us during our stay to check that we had everything we needed and the owners themselves were quick to respond to our queries and made the entire booking process very easy indeed. We cannot recommend this lovely villa enough!

We have visited this villa several times and it has always exceeded expectations. The Villa itself is beatufully furnished and well equipped, a real home from home, but the views are stunning, especially from the pool and the hot tub. It's proximity to Carvoiero and it's many lovely restaurants and bars make it an idyllic place to stay. We are returning again later in the year and cannot wait. Highly recommend this Villa for couples and families.

An amazing holiday. The description did not do it justice, the sea views from the terrace and pool were stunning. As a party of 10 we found the villa really spacious and beautifully furnished. The maids came twice a week and kept the place spotless. The villa is very close to restaurants and bars and there is a little shop on the resort. It is also only a short walk to the centre of Carvoeiro and beach. We would highly recommend this villa for groups and families looking for a private villa but with all the amenities that a resort has to offer.
