Great location with everything close and handy...staff went out of their way to help as I don't speak much Spanish, but at all times, they were great

Only one little thing was they were having power problems and the last night was moved to another room ...staff were very apologetic...

In an attractive old building. Friendly, helpful staff. The bathroom was newly refurbished with a good shower.

It was dark and dingy inside. The breakfast was unappealing and the area around the hotel felt unsafe, particularly at the weekend.

Great location near to all the main attractions. Very good value for money. Helpful staff. We made this our home away from home and stayed every time we passed through Santiago. The hotel very kindly stored our luggage. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are so friendly.

A nice old fashioned hotel in a quirky old building... but nice modern bathrooms and facilities. Friendly staff.

This area of Santiago has gone downhill quite a bit in the last few years, probably not good if you want to come and go late at night.

Its location very dangereous even during the day. The toilet smelled exremely bad. The property does not have light anywhere, rooms have windows looking at the hall (not to the streets)

Excellent location; Within walking distance from everything. Quite a few cafes around and I loved the sound of people dining coming through the windows of my room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The furbishings are very dated and the rooms can do with a facelift. The shower had to run for about 5+ mins to get warm water (doesn't feel good with dam only 27% full). Hairdryer awful and aircon not working.
