Great stay on a good location! Would recommend!

Location of the villa was really good, 2 minute walk down to the beach and not far from the strip , we never waited more than 5 minutes for an uber. Communication with Jim throughout was great. I would say that the bathrooms do flood quite badly and the blinds in a few of them don’t work so it’s hard to air out after a shower. Luckily there were more bathrooms that we needed so wasn’t a huge issue. A little suggestion is that providing little amenities such hand soap or washing up liquid might make it a bit more homely. Overall we did have a great time at casa camilla

Almost everything was perfect, the only things that weren’t was that the check-in and check-out were not very clear. And the thing that also wasn’t perfect was that it was not possible to lock the majority of the windows. Everthing else was perfect!

Love the location, and streamline of check in! Communication with Jim was 10/10 and he even arranged transfers and taxis for us which were faultless. Villa is big enough for a large party, ideal for what we needed (mixed aged hen party). Pool design is complex and the sun only hits the other side of the Villa (which has no pool), for myself this is fine as I am not a sun lover but for the rest of my party, it was a challenge as there were very little sun-beds on the sunny side! Another point- there’s only one set of keys which I understand is normal however for a large Villa and a large group it was challenging. The Villa was huge, clean and the kitchen was fantastic! Loved the fact there is a game room, washing machine and huge dining tables (one inside and outside). However, the bathrooms need some TLC; they were constantly wet with no draining. We unfortunately had a few falls because of this. Loved the fact they came to clean the pool! It really did the job for us for a fun hen party close to Albufeira. However, if you are looking for something a little more luxurious, I would look elsewhere. Yet, for a clean, large villa, with plenty of room, close to town and restaurants this is your place!

We had a wonderful 4 nights in the villa in June this year. From start to finish the process was smooth, the villa was spotlessly clean and perfect for 11 women on a birthday holiday. Olhos D’Agua is a lovely town close to Villamoura and Albufeira. Would definitely return.

The house is pretty much the same as in the pictures, minus the fresh bread and flowers : ) Great location a short walk from the beach. Well equipped with very comfortable beds and more than enough room, chairs and big tables to accommodate our group of 11. Highly recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jims villa! Everything is as described. Perfect base for a hen/stag with plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is superb with the beach, restaurants and bars a stones throw away. Uber is so easy. There in less than 5 mins for trips to the strip, old town or beaches further away. A couple of comments would be that the wet rooms are a great idea but the whole bathroom really does get wet and it would be great if there was more sun loungers on the main terrace area and perhaps chairs on the other balconies as we had to separate as a group when relaxing and sunbathing but it wasn’t a dealbreaker just some suggestions!

Our stay at casa camilla will be one to remember. Each room was clean with an en suite perfect for 18 guests. The living / dining area was great for socialising with an open plan kitchen onto pool area. Plenty sun beds & balcony’s to enjoy sunbathing. Minutes away from beach, bars & shops and 10 minute taxis into old town or new town. Jim was amazing with his communication and helping us with transport to and from the villa. Also letting us stay all day on the day we left as we had a late flight. There’s only a few things to feedback on. The downstairs bathroom has a very strong smell sewage and the wooden floor in the back lounge area was broken so was a bad tripping hazard. There’s no close by dumping area for your rubbish so we had to fill a lot of black bags. However these didn’t stop us from having the best time at casa camilla and would love to come back in the future. Thanks

Great location - 2 mins walk from the beach (with coffee shops, bars & trinket shops on the way), less than 10 mins from a supermarket. Ubers serve this area really quickly. Great facilities - 11 of us stayed in the villa, there was plenty of space and no one was ever waiting for a bathroom. The games room downstairs was a nice addition for the evenings. Villa could do with a few “extra touches” to make it a bit more welcoming e.g. providing washing up liquid/cloths/salt & pepper/oil etc. We had to buy washing up liquid and sponges ourselves, despite only being there for a weekend! Property Manager was lovely & really responsive - provided recommendations for activities/private caterers (which were great!) and even refunded us for the pool heating as it wasn’t warm enough for us to use, which was really nice of him. Would definitely recommend for a group holiday, I think it would be even better in the summer! Thank you for a lovely stay :)

We were a group of guys in our 30s and had a great time here. Ideal location next to a few bars, restaurants and nice beach. Close to Albufeira and Vilamoura in a taxi. The property was an ideal base between our trips out.

We had a brilliant time at Villa Camilla. The villa and its location was perfect, with the added bonus of a heated pool too. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more - beds were comfortable and the amount of ensuite facilities were perfect for our stay. Jim was hugely helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure transfers were sorted after our outbound flights being cancelled last minute. Would really recommend and hope to be back.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The location of the villa is brilliant it's within a short walk of the beach, a lovely town with shops bars and restaurants. The villa is spacious and each room has its own bathroom. The kids loved the pool Thank you!

The property was perfect and we would definitely recommend. Jim made the whole process extremely easy as he helped organise transfers from and to the airport. The villa was modern and clean and was just a 2 minute walk from the beach, bars and restaurants.

The property location was great with the beach a couple minutes away, restaurants across the street and mini-markets in easy walking distance. Property was clean and as advertised. We had to call the manager for entry and for towels as as well as repairs to a couple of doors. The manager was not as accessible and repairs not completed as quickly as we've experienced with other properties.

After booking this property for a hen do 2 years ago with covid we thought we would never make it, the process from start to finish was unbelievably smooth. Jim was brilliant, very good communication with me through out it all. I have recommended this villa to my family and we are hoping to come away again next year 😄😄

We stayed at the villa for a hen weekend! The villa itself is beautiful and well situated. The communication with the owner Jim is fantastic. Always answered any questions we had! Arrangement of transfer with Jim was easy and stress-free. Overall good stay and would love to stay again soon!

We just came back from staying here for my hen do. There were 15 of us who stayed here. There was plenty of room for all. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great when there is a big group trying to get ready! The villa was very modern, clean and beautiful! Taxis were so easy to organize through Tiago. The old and new town were within a 10-minute taxi ride away. We really enjoyed our stay here so thank you very much, you made my hen do very memorable and special in this lovely villa!

Fantastic Villa for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone in a great location.Spotlessly clean, just perfect

I had some problems and tryed to phone "Miguel", manager men, he never phone me back. I told that we had an electricity problem and he never phone me back. No hot water in the mornings until 10 am. The shower doesn't have a glass door so all the bathroom became wet. Security door wasn't good. We had to leave the front door open if we are at the house.Electricity system is not enough for everything that they have inside the house.The rooms doors didn't close it's bigger to the space. we slept with open room.

Transfers were arranged through Jim which took us from and to the airport promptly. About 30-40 minute journey from the airport.As soon as we get to the villa we are made aware of how close we are to the beach. 8 rooms all en suite, all have enough space and working ACs.The balcony and lounge was the perfect place to relax throughout the day. Furniture and design is modern. There is a pool table and table tennis down the bottom floor.Shops and restaurants are literally at your footstep. The bigger supermarket is about a 10 minute walk. For the mornings there are cafes which do full English breakfasts in addition to many more places to eat which are also suitable for vegetarians. Uber eats works to get food delivered to the villa, pizzas and so forth. The strip is just under 10 minutes away by taxis at an affordable price that could be ordered at whatever time. All in all, for a group of 9 who were here on a stag, we had more than enough space and location was great.

Property is in a great location walking distance to lovely restaurants, beach, supermarket and some bars. Albufeira is a short drive away.Pool is in the shade all day (visited in October ) but is good to cool off.For a short stay it would be handy if the villa included some cloths and cleaning products for wiping down benchs and wiping floors.Totally recommended this villa.
