The rooms allocated had an adjoining room and in a very quiet location overlooking a lovely stand of large trees.

The breakfast was pretty poor quality. However, I appreciate that covid was still a concern and the hotel was hosting a number of Ukrainians.

The Ramada was overbooked and they booked me into the Executive Inn across the street, this turned out to be a very good alternative. After a long day of flights and airport line-ups, I was very glad just to get somewhere I could sleep before my flight the next day. I was invited to come to the Ramada for breakfast the next day, I couldn't do it because of my schedule but I thought that was a reasonable thing to offer. I have stayed at this Ramada many times over the last 30 years, many staff and I recognize each other, I like it there.

I was not informed of the change in booking until I arrived at the Ramada. It was not such a huge deal as the Executive Inn hotel was across the street but it would have been better to be informed.

Convenient for a one-night stay if you're flying in and out of the airport.

Shuttle to the airport is not as punctual as one might hope. I ended up paying for a taxi in the morning, though I did see the shuttle heading to the hotel to pick people up just as I was leaving. I really think if the shuttle is going to the airport, where people have planes to catch, if the shuttle is scheduled at 07:00, it should be LEAVING at 07:00, not pulling up to the hotel to pick people up at 07:07.

Tired rooms for $200, but with inflation and pandemic recovery - I think that's just rooms cost now.

Unable to have breakfast as airport shuttle left before breakfast was open.

Helpful staff

We had a 5 am wake up for a 7am flight but shuttle doesn't begin until 6 am so we had to take a taxi. However staff booked it for us and it was right on time.

Left too early for breakfast
