Room was super noisy and heard everything going on in the lobby, bed was uneven and would slam depending on what way you rolled.

There are two buildings at this hotel, one very old and one very new. Without knowing this, we booked our room in what turned out to be the old building. Although it overlooked the pool, the room was very dark, and inward facing. We requested a different room and were shown one in the new building that was much, much better. Staff were friendly and very acommodating.

Accomidation was very nice in our minnie suite! Clean and new. Very quiet, great bed.! Nice pool area as well. My wife and I liked that it was a quick walk to town and shopping and restaurants. Only a 12min walk to the beach also. The desk staff was awesome. Phil was the individual thàt checked us in for our week stay, totally at the top of his game and made us feel at home right away. We will definitely being staying here again.

The hotel is split into wings. To come from one wing to the other you need to go outside. They offered breakfast on the go and the options were excellent.

All staff are friendly and very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are upgraded and very clean. Overall a great stay at Park Inn and would look to stay here again.
Only “negative” was the floor in the room above ours made loud squeaky noises whenever the people walked around… I would suggest requesting a room on the top floor if this noise would be bothersome to you.

Stayed in newly renovated Tower. Room was quite large with separate bedroom with 2 queens. Very roomy and much better than our last stay in a much smaller room.

Beds were comfy and rooms are average in this price range. Property in my view like the rooms, is average to good. Pool water quality was very poor and frankly dirty. Unacceptable at any price range.

We stayed in the "new building". No cable box in room, phone was disconnected, elevator broke down. Staff was quick to respond with a new cable box and repair the phone. The is a black out blind but no privacy curtain. so if you want natural light everyone in the parking lot can look into your room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Recently remodelled so facility was new and clean. Free parking. On site breakfast was convenient if somewhat limited and coffee was not good. Location on Main Street was ok and walkable to beach and restaurants. It’s a little awkward and sidewalk connections and infrastructure a bit limited but that is not the hotel’s responsibility.

We stayed in the newer buldling for 3 nights. Enjoyed having the kitchenette and a BBQ available. The pool area is nice and the breakfast seemed adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful all the time.

1st, Phil was a great check in guy, so personable and efficient. The hotel was a big surprise, the new section at least is sparking clean and efficient. An easy walk to town center.

The room was recently updated and very clean. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. Breakfast was nice- coffee and muffins etc. We did appreciated the oat milk option. A good hotel option for the family while in Osoyoos!

Breakfast was ok, but room a little small for a family of 4, also couldn’t watch any movies,even when trying to pay for it as the hotel didn’t have an account to access!

This hotel is for a short stay only - it is clean, quiet and beds are very comfortable. The location is very good. Staff are lovely. It's the design of the building which is the problem.
The horseshoe shaped design cuts off the sunlight to the rooms so your room is dark. The outdoor pool is in the middle of the horseshoe so no view, no sunlight - you are surrounded by the building....not a pleasent place to spend any time.
