Horrible breakfast and the price was wsy to high fir the quakity of the hotel

Breakfast was great!

The room smelled badly of stale cigarette smoke. The bathroom wasn’t clean.

Bed and towels were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

I had to ask the front desk for utensils (couldn't get a spoon) to eat my food, and also needed to ask for a toothbrush and toothpaste. It would be better if these could come with the room next time. The washroom had lot's of dust in it and the room smelled weird when I entered. The shower has only a curtain which makes water fall out while showering. The hairdryer was dirty and bad quality. AC was loud.

close to the airport. Good 24h free shuttle service. at the airport you have to go to door 8 at departure level and call the hotel at the indicated number. All the drivers are very nice and helpful! they are the best staff of the entire hotel! The room is big, basic but has everything you need and it was very clean. The bed is very comfortable! Unfortunately my room was extremely far away from the lobby what was a problem to move all the heavy luggage to and from the room. Only when departing from the hotel did I see at the entrance that they had some luggage carts. Why didn’t the staff at the checkin who saw me struggle with the luggage tell me? this would have been the problem solver. The long hallways stink terribly from cigarette smoke even they say that this is a smoke free hotel. The air in the room was good and smoke free. All night long there was a constant loud undetermined noise outside like some machinery, motors, industry?? Breakfast was ok

It should be well indicated that the restaurants are only open for breakfast from 6h30 on.
