The beds were super comfortable and it was very easy to get to. Pool was warmer than all but one hotel we've stayed in.

The hallway noise was so very loud. Got woken up super early each day due to people leaving their rooms. There was also no hot tub.

I LOVED the interior design, the overall aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful and it felt elevated, refreshing and classy. The complementary cookies offered at check in were to die for. We did have a slight hiccup in the lounge but the staff remedied the situation effortlessly and we ended up with a private sitting in the restaurant. Ended up being an exceptional experience.

Only feedback would be that I wasn’t able to purchase cookies when leaving as they didn’t have any available 😔 Otherwise the lounge could stand to have a bigger dedicated space as it felt a tad small and exposed to the hotel lobby, otherwise the hotel is wonderful.

This property is located at a busy section of Calgary with quick access to downtown, highway to Banff, airport, and top attractions. Rooms were plentiful and had a nice balcony to get fresh air and a view of the Saddledome.

The cost was high and compared to the 6 other hotels I've stayed at on this trip, it was not worth it. There were not a lot of good places to eat or shop at around the area, so expect significant driving. Fire station is just around the corner and makes for a loud night. Pool and gym were basic. Sad that breakfast was not included, nor was there even complimentary coffee or water in the lobby. Not sure what the gimmick is for giving guests cookies upon arrival but it an unnecessary expense that could be put into better things.
