The hotel is beautiful and clean.

Timely shuttle in the morning. Late checkin (past midnite) went smoothly. We just needed a place to stay between flights. Perfect.

We were upgraded to a penthouse. It was extremely spacious and comfortable. The gentleman on the desk was simply lovely and the restaurant attached is fabulous with 10% discount for guests. A super stay, thank you!

The restaurant downstairs with the pool table was awesome.

The beds and towels and bathroom were clean.

The hotel is overpriced, not very close to airport, hallways were very dirty. Old and smelly. I wouldn’t recommend, I wished I had stayed at airport than getting a $200 hotel for a few hours.

The restaurant offered breakfast but it was a small and set menu. I would have liked to have a choice of a smaller breakfast that included one egg and toast.

The hotel was easy to find, near to the sky train, clean, large room and very comfortable beds. The restaurant was very good too.

The bed was super comfy, and the room could be as warm or as cool as I like,TV was good size. The towels were nice, big, fluffy and thick. The staff was lovely and very helpful.

Wasn't light enough, the bedding had pen marks on it, the walls had dust on it, the toilet leaked and kept making noise all the time, I did report toilet leaking and someone did fix it but then next day started leaking again. The safe didn't work, and the banging of doors out in the hallway disturbed me and the truck outside at 6am woke me up every morning delivering to the free bird shop. And the fridge was more like a freezer and froze all the drinks I put in there.

We had a great stay, Room was super clean and renovated, Thank you for outstanding service!

The only concern will be that petfriendly room was quite far end and also far from the elevator otherwise no complain.
