the size of the room was good and staff were kind.

the wallpaper was torn on bathroom walls, the shower curtains and bath smelt very bad as if someone urinated on them, the floor was full of garbage by the corners or the bed and table, the curtains had alot of stains on them and bad odor, there was dust on tables, the lamp charger by the bed did not work at all, the pool opens late @ 10:30 which is about 1 hour and 30 min before check-out which doesnt give much time for early birds to use compared to other one open @ 7am and lastly there was a black imprit on my matress sheets under the blanket which i felt was very unsanitary and had to switch beds. I paid just over $300 for the night and will not be reccomending nor going back again.

Very near to the niagara falls

The room they give us is not what we expected. The door knob is very scary as if u were alone you can be locked up as it is not easy to open the door knob in the bathroom. Breakfast was not a continental compared to other Holiday inn which you can still eat if you want but not here but food was nice

small bathroom, needed to be updated to 2020's...felt like an basic apartment bathroom. Better TV channels.

The hotel is very nice, the fresh floral arrangements are gorgeous! The pool area is very pretty. Check out isn’t until noon which is a bonus!

The location is fantastic. We love coming back to Niagara once in a while, this place is very cozy, will come back for sure.

We didn't like the pool and jacuzzi.. it felt very unclean, we could see the low maintenance. It had made us feel uncomfortable, not going again.

Very Clean. Modern. Service excellent. We had an issue with our heater, where it was making noises. 5 mins after calling, a person came in checking on it. 5 mins later, another more experienced person came in. 15 mins later, the whole thing was replaced. Issue resolved. All other questions answered fully with a smile. Breakfast. On the of the best in town. Big portions. Excellent quality. excellent service. Location. 5 min walk to the horseshoe falls, 3 min walk to Skylone. Nice restaurant/bar inside hotel. Parking free behind hotel and huge.

We booked Breakfast included, but it ended up to be included for only 2 adults (children ate free though). However, given the great on-the-menu breakfast it was, who would complain afterwards.

The rooms did not have carpeting, which I prefer. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the location was close to the Falls and casino.
