Great location. Amazing view of 3 Sisters Mountain.

Facilities very tired, definitely needs some up keep and love. Great staff, awesome location, but need to check kitchen equipment to ensure still servicable. A deep clean is definitely required and repairs to existing facilities.

Nice spacious and modern furnished room, small balcony was good and pool was enjoyable. Helpful staff in front desk. Restaurant breakfast was very good.

Staff lacked friendliness! Could book the EXACT same rooms with a private owner for $144 a night instead of the $259 we paid 🙄🙄🙄

The photos do not reflect the actual hotel. Our room did not look like the rooms shown. The mattresses were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Very old and broken down. .The hotel was very dirty. The windows looked like they were never washed. The lobby of the secondary building had dead flours in a plastic solo cup instead of a class vase. It looks run down and not taken care of.

The pool surface was rough and can easily cut skin if not careful. Otherwise everything was great.

the rooms worked well as they were side by side. it was a little hike for a family of 5 (2 yr old twins & 6 yr old) but the weather cooperated. The pool was perfect for the small ones and hot tub good for adults. This is our main reason for coming to this resort.

Only 1 thing to take the customer service up a notch is to encourage the front desk staff to do some research about trails and fun things to do around the town ! Anywhere I’ve ever went I’ve always had recommendations or directions given to me however it wasn’t the case this time. It’s not a huge deal as google can help however it will make the experience more enjoyable for future guests!

The pool area was fun for our kid.

The room was extremely tired looking. Tiles were falling off, the floors were a lifting, you could hear absolutely everything (paper thin walls and ceiling). I should have read more reviews before going here. If you do decide to go, pay for a 4th floor room. You might actually be able to get some sleep :( Will not return.

The amenities and location are great.

The rooms are small. Very dated and worn out. It’s disappointing to find a hotel that has double beds not queens in it.

Beautiful large rooms! Great pool and hot tub area.

Very difficult to find parking as most of the underground parking was reserved for other hotels and private rentals. Very small spaces so difficult to park anything bigger than a small car. Excited to see a steam shower in room but unfortunately steam option was disconnected.
