Good location nice hotel but found a bug in the bathroom and hair on the bed I didn’t make any big deal about it

- réservation du montant de la chambre 2 x sur ma carte => problématique de paiement lors de mon séjour. Le réceptionniste a été prévenu de la situation lors de la réalisation de la double réservation mais il m’a été dit que cela n’avait pas fonctionné et donc qu’ils fallait recommencer 😔 Di coup carte bloquée durant tout le séjour avec des problématiques sérieuses de paiement! Aucune proposition de dédommagement n’a été proposée pour pallier leur erreur.

The light inside the room is blue, also the pillows fall too low and disturb sleep.

המלון מקסים ומדוייק, קצת מיושן, זה לא הW של פעם…עדיין כיף להגיע לשם

A localização é absolutamente perfeita, no meio da Times Square! Os quartos que ficamos eram recém reformados (inclusive os banheiros, que eram bem iluminados e bonitos) e enormes, principalmente para o padrão de NY! Ganhei um upgrade no meu quarto que virou um de quina com uma vista maravilhosa, um sonho! Por fim, na porta do hotel sempre tinha um segurança, o que é sempre importante.

Sinceramente foi tudo perfeito! Talvez o único ponto é que sempre tinha alguma sirene na cidade/ ali no centro e querendo ou não dava pra ouvir um pouco do quarto, mesmo sendo andar alto - mas até ai acredito que nenhum hotel na região tem vidros anti-ruído, então é o preço a se pagar pela localização. Mas nada que afete a experiência!

I was told you would do something special in the room for my girlfriend’s birthday. It never happened. Good thing I had a good dinner and entertainment plan.

I LOVE everything about the property. From the ambience, the staff and the views were stunning. We’re definitely coming back!

People made all the difference. Special thanks to Adam who assisted us with our luggage’s and always had a smile and willingness to help. One other person is an Indian gentleman from Kolkata (don’t remember his name). He would deliver food to our room and made sure we were comfortable and engaged in interesting conversations.

I have stayed at this property a few times in the past but this time around found the lighting different and this was not to our liking. The interior detailing and design elements were not up-to standard.

El extractor del baño no funcionaba y las puertas del baño eran de corredera. No muy hermético.

Staff was nice, the one day admission to TMPL gym was great. It was full of gay guys though, I'm gay so I was ok with it, but it may be a little jarring for others.

Room disinfectant smelled way too strong, need less odor. Room had terrible sound insulation especially from the hallway. People conversing in the hallways was as if they were in the room with me, could hear every word.

The location was perfect. The staff was very accommodating.

The hotel feels old and very dark. The tub didn’t drain properly. The overall feeling is not clean and neat. Just an average hotel. Nothing super exciting.

In The heart of Times Square district - close to theatres and performances

Property was great. Staff was very nice and attentive. Room was very good size. We had the fantastic suite.

I thought the room was great but the wooden drawers and around to was a little scuffed and could be cleaned up. The bathroom cleanliness could be improved and skirtings could be cleaned. Rust on washing hand basin bottom rack didn’t look very nice and could be cleaned up easily. Windows in the room were dirty which didn’t look nice when looking at Times Square but not a deal breaker to be honest. I also noticed that the furniture in the bar of the hotel was stained. These are all easy and quick fixes and wouldn’t stop me going back.

I’m used to go to W Times Square when I’m in New York and I like the location and the organization

I didn’t like the room that was a lower level than usual: smaller and with the old bathroom.

Proximity to the theatre.

The amount of time it took to get our room, the cleanliness of the first room and second room offered wasn’t much better.
