Decent location for central New York.

Poor facilities

I loved how absolutely clean it was. The room was very clean. The fitness room was magnificently clean. I complimented the staff. The view out the window wasn’t anything to write home about but, hey, it’s in the middle of the city! It wasn’t far from Penn Station. There was a crime scene on the street when we arrived but a police officer escorted us to the entrance. I never felt like we were in danger.

It would have been hard to see the entrance had the officer not escorted us there. It was late at night and the walk would have been a little lonely without the crime scene addition.

Centrally located, close to Penn Station and access to JFK by train. It was easy to walk to most of the sights we wanted to visit and good choice of restaurants close by.

Personeel was altijd beschikbaar en vriendelijk. Buiten het hotel is een zitgedeelte met stoelen tafels waar we even kunnen rusten of een ontbijtje van de foodtruck kunnen nuttigen. De locatie was prima, maar we voelden ons 's-avonds laat in de buurt minder veilig dan in Chinatown, waar we ook een paar nachten verbleven.

De badkamerdeur piepte, wat storend is als je met 4 personen in de kamer sliep. 's-nachts maak je je kamergenoten dan wakker.

Not a far walk from Times Square but far enough to have some relaxation! 1.2 miles from Chelsea market. Central location!!! Clean!!!!!!! Safe!!!!!!! Great proximity from 34th Penn station. Will definitely stay here again!!!!!

Room was clean, had a slightly early check in stay all around was pretty nice.

Had our bags checked and bag check lost them and we almost missed our train home, 3 large bags they couldn’t find.

Sijainti oli hyvä ja huone perussiisti. Huoneen koko oli aika pieni, mutta niin suurissa kaupungeissa yleensä on. Ympäristössä oli hyvin ruoka- ja aamuaispaikkoja tarjolla.

Vesipullon täyttöauromaatusta kylmempää vettä. Suihkuun myös käsisuihku.

Very good location, a few cafes are around a corner. Friendly staff, including those guys in the lobby cafe (ask Carlos, if you want proper European style black coffee :))

A family room for 4 adults was a bit small, but this is Manhattan, so we used to it in 2-3 days :)

Close to shops, places of interest, and there is a coffee shop (with good coffee and pastries) at the G/F with very friendly staff (Carlos and Tenzin) - passionate with their work and very accommodating

No free bottled water at the room, no free toothbrush/toothpaste which is now basic amongst hotels with the rates that you have. Although when I asked for bottled water from the counter, the lady gave me 2 (sorry was not able to get her name)

Gostei muito da localização, fácil acesso a várias estações de metrô, café, etc. O preço é salgado, mas está tudo caro mesmo em Nova York. O quarto era ótimo, me senti muito bem lá. Recepção razoável. Porém é Nova York... não espere muita educação em lugar nenhum. No geral gostei muito do quarto em si e da localização!

Não tive nenhum ponto a reclamar, no geral. Só o preço q achei muito alto.

Arredi vecchi La vista non è il top Ma soprattutto la spiacevole visita di uno scarafaggio ( visto una sola volta e non più trovato) che però potrebbe essere entrato dalla finestra lasciata aperta…almeno lo spero

This is our home away from home when we are in New York!! We stayed here a few times last year and the service, warmth and overall service is exceptional as always (Shirley and Christina are real gems!!) And if you're concerned about your safety, don't be...there is a police station right across the street.
