The ambience had a warm and welcoming vibe. The owner Marcus was extremely friendly and helpful gave us great suggestions of things to do in the area it was a pleasure

The bathrooms downstairs of the room was a slight drawback but not a deal breaker

Easily accessible just a few minutes off the TransCanada Highway. Short drive to BANFF National Park (about 20 minutes). Patio/garden area to relax after hours or even stargazing when it gets dark enough. Prices were reasonable and it's close to down if you need to do a quick supply run. Ample hot water for those tired muscles after a day of hiking.

The chandelier in the room was kind of unsettling. Looked like either wood shards or some sort of animal horn suspended above the bed. The parking spots are short length if you're in a pickup like I was.

The ambiance was nice. Staff were beyond excellent. Coffee was delicious.

Tv in the loft would have been nice. Bathroom was a little small. A balcony would have been awesome. Food was ok but thought it was expensive.$ 37 for one breakfast and two coffees.

The owners & the staff were so kind, generous & helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked for each of us, & really good. And when they get their fabulous looking expresso coffee machine connected, that will be even better. We loved the fact that they provide 2 pillows each & plenty of bath towels as well, so we didn’t have to ask for extras. The room was nicely decorated & felt very cosy. The internet was strong & fast enough to do work & zoom meetings.

The room was gorgeous. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary freshly made breakfast and cookies were delicious

Uncomfortable pillows.

We liked the view of the mountains from our window - very tranquil and scenic. As well, fresh delicious cookies and pastries were provided each day. There was relaxing music playing at the adjoining restaurant. Staff were friendly. Our room was provided with new towels the following day.

The walls in our loft suite were dark dark grey, almost black and we could hardly see with the very few lights provided. These dark walls were rather depressing and took the joy out of being in that environment. As well, we needed to iron a shirt and the only ironing board available was a dilapidated dusty board with no legs. We had to assemble this ineffective board on a coffee table to iron our clothes. In addition, when we checked in, no bell hop service was provided, leaving my 70 year old husband to haul our large suitcases up a steep stair case while the girl in the office continued to work on her computer.

Beautiful, clean and the staff were super friendly and amazing. They also included free breakfast which was an amazing surprise

Nothing really. Just note to get to the parking lot, turn at the green and black garbage bins

everything. especially the fireplace and location. the interior designer can hop by my house any time!

I really liked the room/unit we stayed in. the king size bed was comfy and it was all around cozy. the breakfast was on point and included in the room rate. there is a full basement with games and a pool table to use as well :)

not much parking

The stay was so nice, the room was absolutely beautiful, as was the entire place and the views. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was so incredibly friendly. Would recommend to everyone.
