Nothing.

It was so dirty. Outlets not working. Lightbulbs burnt out by the side of the bed. Hair in our shower that didn’t belong to us.. Our floor had not been swept let alone washed! The wall above our bed had some kind of food/sticky stuff. They gave 1 washcloth for 2 people and didn’t leave clean towels when they took dirty ones. When I asked for more towels they had to come into my room to make sure I didn’t have too many because they said we could only have a total of 3. The towels are small and not real absorbent. The bed was extra hard and very uncomfortable. Don’t get me started on the hallways and entry where the vending machines are. We were on the second floor and the railing was so sticky and dirty you didn’t dare touch it. The floors had not been vacuumed in forever! Stains on the walls. Strong smell of weed! Shady people loitering outside of the building. Very sex trafficking vibes!

The room was incredibly dirty. The floor was sticky and it looks like something was spilled on the ground near one of the nightstands. Hair was on the floor on near the sink. I checked in around midnight and was too tired to complain. I will not be staying here again.

Staff at check in was very friendly.

The ac was off on arrival, in 85+ degree weather so it took over an hour to get the temperature to a comfortable level. The room, probably the carpet, smelled of urine. The blanket barely covered the bed so for us as a couple it was a major issue. It looked like the room was cleaned but the walls and floor had heavy staining. There was a mini fridge that was unplugged and did not work. The light switch fixture was half broken off, and some outlets/lights did not function. We were on a time sensitive trip or we would have asked for a different room.

I booked through Priceline/ booking.com. It was prepaid but I was asked to pay at the front desk. I had to call Priceline and talk to an agent for an hour, which was frustrating after 10 hours of driving. However, the matter was resolved. But I think this hotel does not have very good systematic connection with Priceline or Booking.com.

Dirty, Dusty, Sink Faucet did not work properly, no extra toilet roll paper, side entrance did not have a badge swipe to enter which means anyone can come in, the stair way carpet was dirty, the worse part of the stay was people next door was up and talking loud and rude at 3am and we called front desk at 3am for 10 times and it ring and ring and no one picked up so we had to blast our ac and bathroom vent to sound off the noise so we can go back to sleep. Such a awful place to stay. Worse place ever!!!!

the a/c didn’t work until I clean the filter that had an inch of dirt on it the upstairs tenants were jumping, banging and stumping all night, spoke to the desk clerk and he said he would talk to them afterwards the noise was worse and I couldn’t sleep
